Always friendly service but they cheat your food amounts. If you pay for a double or triple you still get a single. I stopped going.

Two nights in a row I've stopped here at 11:10 and was not able to order. First night ( Thursday the 28th) was told they couldn't process any orders yet they were still open. The next night (Friday the 29th) was told they were closed due to being short staffed. Weird seeing how there was several workers there. Same kid though both nights and all the lights were on.

Today(August 17th) just a few minutes ago, I ordered two chicken sandwiches and one of the sandwiches was bad ,the chicken was overcooked, I think they have it for long time there and they just warmed it up, it was a bad experience because other times my food was ok

Ordered to 2 for $7 chicken sandwich special they're running and two small fries. The sandwiches were cold and hard, the fries were cold and only half filled. Very disappointing location.

Sometimes they give me the last parts of the "crinkle fries".

They could do better with that.

They are always friendly and above board with service.

I'd would rather wait for Fresh Fries then have the junk.

I go to Norwalk Arby's at least 3x per week.

I stopped in Arby's this evening, they were very busy, it was dinner time but busy shows good food. The staff looked like a well oiled machine preparing both the drive thru and dine in orders and I could hear them making sure the orders were correct.
I had just gotten new Arby's coupons in the mail and since I had plenty of coupons I offered them to the girl next to me. She said she already paid and was just waiting for her food. I showed the coupons to the cashier and asked if any of the coupons were for what the girl had ordered and she said yes, the big chicken meal. I asked her if she would be able to give the girl the difference she had already paid for and she said she would have to speak to the manager.
She came right back and said she could credit the girls card that she used to pay for her order and that saved the girl $5.00. The girl thanked me and I told her that's enough for almost 2 gallons of gas.

The staff worked well together taking care of orders and the food was hot and delicious.
P.S. The new paint job and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive.

I went through the drive through. My total was $5.59. I gave the young lady $20.59. My change should have been $15. I got back $14.60. I said to the young lady that I should have gotten back $15 she corrected me and said that I gave her three dimes. I didn't want to argue with the young lady. When I got home, I looked at the receipt, the young lady rang in $20.19. which doesn't make sense because she told me I gave her three dimes. Are young people not taught how to count change in school?
