Have tried calling MANY times. Never answers, never calls back. I’ve called five times this year for a birthday, and I called seven times last year for the same person’s birthday, and NEVER got an answer. AWFUL customer service! If you can’t answer the phone at least call people back!

We have ordered many cakes and cookies from Ashlee's Cakes. They are always ready at scheduled pick up time. The cakes are delicious and moist. Her cookies are amazing too. Cute and tasty are a great combination. I have NEVER been disappointed.

Ashlee was really communicative and punctual. She has a ton of selection for flavors and her design is really quite beautiful....and affordable! I got a pull apart cake with 24 cupcakes and it only cost $35. I ordered a tree shaped cake for my baby shower with marble cake and it was delicious. She asked if I wanted green or fall colored leaves and I left it up to her to design. I think it may have turned out a little more like the tree I had envisioned if I had told her to make them green but I was not mad at the result. The only thing I would say was "off" about the cake was the shape of the tree...since it kind of made it look like a turkey foot. I would hands down order from Ashlee again though. She was a pleasure to order from.

Omg….her cakes are incredible! Got a white cake with pineapple filling and whipped icing for my mum’s 84th birthday. Beautiful and deliciousness from start to finish…I highly recommend, forget grocery store cakes in Norwalk…a precious jewel is here! Thanks so much Ashlee mommy loved it!
