we enjoyed coffee and dessert. the pecan cheesecake was delicious as not as rich as some. our lattes were perfect. the decor is so well done. although we didn't dine, we walked around. every detail is perfect.

Our server was a little forgetful and was easily distracted. Not busy at all so not sure why she was so distracted. But she was super sweet. As you walk in there, it's a beautiful stained glass window, and a little cafe type area. Then, you go into the main restaurant which we were actually surprised because we thought it was like a diner. But pleasantly it's an actual restaurant. Super comfortable chairs. The food was absolutely great. Except for the mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy was thick and a taste That was very off putting. It seemed to have like a grease pork type flavor. Please change the gravy or offer more options on gravy. The macaroni and cheese was great. The perch had the skin still on which I personally do not like so I was not happy about that. My children each had steak and they said it was quite appetizing. There's also a a shrimp skewer that was offered with one of their steaks, along with a bacon baked macaroni and cheese. The loaded waffle fries that we got for an appetizer was quite large. And would definitely feed a lot of people. Again, because our waitress was a little distracted, they came out not as hot as we would like but was truly fully loaded when we were done with with four people eating there was still plenty of bacon left on the plate. Greatly surprised and will definitely be back.

So I like berry it's a good place . New year's eve wife tells me we are going there that they have a prime rib buffet. I thought this should be good. It was excellent. Awesome prime rib and pork loin. Best mac and cheese I ever had anywhere. Carrots and zuch mash potatoes gravy. Everything was perfect. And desert bar 3 pies and some cakes. And great service. My hats off to the staff. We told mgr to just put us down for next year we will be back. Oh and their maple old fashion was out of this world.

Honestly went in for the food buffet for New Year’s Eve. Obviously they aren’t anything like a kalahari buffet so expectations weren’t high. But we thought the food would have been worth the $40 per person. Went with a party of four me and two others ate food which was just okay and some of it belonged in a fast food restaurant. But the other person got what was pictured below tried a bite of each item and spit each bite out. That person wasn’t fond of the flavor so they didn’t eat anything because not only is what they got nasty but the options were limited. When we brought this up to the server she said ok I will fix it, came back with the owner and a man who stood in the doorway to block the entrance we came in. The owner and server handed our bills not fixed nothing said just acting like nothing happened or was said to them in regards to our concerns. When I brought up the issue to the owner she stated she watched on the cameras that person eating the food even though you can clearly see he spit the bites out and only got what was pictured. He was still made to pay full price for the buffet. Instead of being kind about the situation not only did they not give a discount or just take him off the bill and charge for the drink, they were very rude about it. It’s New Year’s Eve we wanted to have a great time as family and eat good food but apparently the advertisement of great food and service was not it here. The owner had no personality the few times I talked with her, her staff stood in the way of the buffet the entire time so it was awkward, desserts weren’t home made, not a lot of food options, and the owners husband just kept walking around the whole area and stood behind the food not helping or doing anything. Pretty sure he doesn’t even work there. Not to mention we reserved a spot and was seated in a room with no one else and at a dirty table with no silverware. Anyway very disappointed in the whole experience and will for sure not be coming back.

Finally had the chance to stop in for lunch on Sunday. This was the first time dining here since the reopening. I ordered the salad with pecans and mandarin oranges and it was one of the best salads I’ve had in awhile. My husband had been wanting fried shrimp so that’s what he ended up getting and wasn’t disappointed.
They are decorated for Christmas and the place looks amazing! Marissa was our server and she was very friendly and you could tell she loves her job. We will definitely be back soon!
We've never been there before but it was so nice. When you walk it gives the vibe of a relax and enjoy a coffee. There were two other rooms to dine in. The third room was the bar. Went for lunch on a Tuesday. Roxanne was our server, such a sweetheart. We had the stuffed mushrooms, burgers on brioche with fries. Took a huge slice of coconut cake and pumpkin cheesecake home. Food was awesome, fresh and cooked perfectly. Desserts mouthwatering. Beautifully redone restaurant that kept the history of the building intact. ♥️
