Ordered burger. Smashed bun both top and bottom that it could not hold insides, trash on the floors and food took too long. REAL DISAPPOINTMENT! Regret this area does not allow attachments. Burger was not worth $11.00

Place is dead. Waited in line to place a to go order. The line was 1 person in front of me. Store was not busy at all. After cashier helped the 1 person in front of me. She just stared off into space. I waited 20 minutes and after not even being greeted. Decided to leave. Too bad I like their food but if I can't get served I'll go where my monies wanted I guess

Food was lukewarm at best. The amount of hash browns on the plate was pathetic. Definitely not worth the money. Will be a while before we go back to this restaurant.

$37.37 for omelets that the cheese wasn't even melted. Hash browns about 1/4 cup and super greasy. 2 pancakes order with meal....didn't come for 10 minutes later and still raw dough. Oh, and sour dough toast that was clearly wheat. There is only 1 good thing about this restaurant.....Chrissy!! Cynthia was there to try, but more training needs done.

Norwalk location is so much better than the Sandusky location...we had bad service at the Sandusky location the last 3 time 🤨won't go back there ever...
My family and I stopped in and waited to be seated. I am a large man so I requested a table since I don’t fit in a booth. The host took us to a table that had less room to sit than a booth would have do to guests sitting at tables on both sides of it. My wife told the host that we would not fit as there wasn’t enough room for even her ( and she is a smaller person). The host proceeded to straighten the table as if that would help. I told my wife that we can just go someplace else and left.

I've been to several Bob Evans in the area. Elyria, Westlake, Avon, North Olmstead, and other out of town locations. Norwalk is the worst Bob Evans I've ever been to hands down.
The bathroom was disgusting and gross. Wall paper in the dining room was coming undone and had white drip stains on the wall.
Service was disfunctional. Though the girl was nice and apologetic, she served our food without silverware and walked away, kept asking for her for refills.....nothing. 🤷♂️
Ordered 4 eggs up, got 3 with one broken which the cook tried to hide with an egg on top of it. Ordered sausage and bacon....no sausage. Requested the sausage.....still, no sausage. Ordered 3 French toast....got 2. 🤦♂️
Oh, and the manager? One of the most, unprofessional, talk over you, major attitude, unpleasant, I've ever encountered for Bob Evens. Well I'm sorry you hate your job sir. You may want to consider retirement. 🫏
A pot roast dinner my wife got for $15? It was drowning in gravy, not even a half pound of meat. I've gotten way more then that at local the diners. Bob Evens appears to be on the band wagon for charging more and giving less.
I had to have my bill corrected for what i didn’t get.
Spare me your canned reply. I gaurentee nothing will change considering the repeat complaints. No worries, We wont be back.

Very iffy restaurant. I ordered an omelet. Menu says 3 fresh eggs, but what I got was a very yellow, perfectly shaped liquid egg sponge. When I questioned it, the waitress stuttered and swore she saw the eggs being cracked. It had a horrible taste, definitely not fresh eggs. A month later, my friend and I went in. When she was eating her hashbrowns, she bit down on something black and hard. It was a piece of plastic, but we weren't able to identify it. The waitress took it, gave it to the manager and he promptly threw it away. Never came to our table, although they did take her breakfast off the bill. Very unprofessional!
