Thought I would try the new bourbon bbq whopper tonight. Asked for no jalapeños. I get home and all I have is a pattie, cheese and bbq sauce. No bacon, no onions, what a disappointment.

Tried to order through the app on our way through Norwalk while we were traveling. Open the app to order at the Burger King we were coming up on and placed our order but it had ordered from the Burger King we had passed a few minutes ago. Could not turn around and go back. Let them know what happened and they offered a coupon but we have no Burger King in the town I live in. Ask for a refund like Wendy's and McDonald's will give if you can't pick up your app order and haven't heard back from them and they have not refunded our money. Looks like they just keep your money even if you can't get the food.

She asked an associate to see what I needed,he comes up laughing and says what you need, I tell him I need to place an order he takes a recipt from the register laughing is this your order I said no. He said what you get I told him I needed to place an order laughing still he goes I can't do that and walks off. Another associate decided with his pretty painted nails it be a great time to start a debate with the manager in front of customers, I finally get to place my orders wopper Jr's no ketchup . The young lady who walked in and took my order was pleasant and took my order correct, mr.laughing pants and the other young man obviously can't read as I watch them prepare my food looking at the screen and I watch them put ketchup on my burgers. I let the manager know she advises them of it an mr laughing pants thinks it's funny. All the while the Shift manager is keeping herself calm running around doing it all by herself and still being customer oriented and polite and friendly. I think the owners should shut down pay the managers while they are closed and fire everyone else and start over. We would have never gotten away with acting like this as kids at our jobs we would have been shown the door and told your fired don't come back
