This is the saddest bowls I have ever received. No customer service. Nothing one at the restaurant answers the phones. Nothing there and the food was ice cold! Don’t eat here!

If I could give zero stars for the quality of food today I would. My entire family got white rice and we all had hard undercooked rice. Or crunchy in the words of my 10 year old. For the money you spend the rice at the very least should be cooked correctly. Needless to say none of us finished our food, what a waste.

The food at this chipotle is so salty it’s horrible. This is the only one in my area I don’t go to. Amherst, and Sandusky are great but we haven’t stopped at Norwalk for about a year because of the way they they over salt there foods.it’s still way to salty, they even over salt there guacamole. And also there tomato salsa

Why order online if you guys can’t follow simple instructions. It’s not hard to read what’s in the order and match what you’re giving the customer to what’s on the ticket/screen. This job is so easy that a kid could do it, well apparently not because all they have are kids working. Do your job! I’m not the only 1 unhappy with the restaurant.

The cashier did not pack, he only charged and it was up to the people in the restaurant. line serve and pack making the wait longer I stood in line for almost an hour for my service and when I got to the line I realized how disorganized they were honestly check their service why it is not good at all! NOTHING TO HIGHLIGHT GOOD IN THIS PLACE

A very good place to eat a good bowl with birria,white rice black beans, queso and corn ?..
Ordered chips and queso and chips are stale and nasty. Asked for fresh chips and the worker proceeded to argue with me that they were made fresh today, and that all the bags that they have were all made from the same batch. I have worked in food service what happened to the customer is always right. No wonder this place only has 3.6 stars. Only offered a refund if I go online. I will not be returning this was my second time coming here and both times chips were stale and awful. When you fry chips they should be kept in a warming spot not just sitting in paper bags on a shelf getting cold. GROSS
