White rice was Soo crunchy I thought I was eating Cheetos told employee all he said was sorry and kept selling it 😔 every table in the place was filthy and so was floor got pictures of a few bathroom was so gross I walked out . Won't eat here again don't not recommend.

Food isn’t bad and service is hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll walk in there and see plenty of people working but no one comes to the counter to take care of customers. The place is a mess too. I walked in exactly when they opened one day and the tables were a mess. So either the employees were eating before the store opened and they didn’t clean up after themselves or the employees didn’t clean the place from the previous evening.

Every time I order tacos from here I get light rice and extra cheese. Is that what I get? No, it is not. They act like cheese comes out of their personal paychecks and I always get a lot of rice and barely any cheese. If you are going to charge me $12 for tacos at least make it correctly/ how it's ordered. Very disappointing which is why we hardly eat here anymore.

Stopped in to get dinner with family, was going to eat in, sadly it was beyond busy and not clean. What made this experience amazing was a young man named Evan. He was alone on the line, there was someone who could help standing but choose not to. They were understaffed and this young person kept it moving and stayed pleasant the whole time. Did I mention their were kids screaming everywhere and he was getting those orders out. Thank you again for you positive work attitude 😊

Place was disgusting. My time of visit was very late in the day, nearly closing, so I do give it some leeway for the dining room, but the food prep station was disgusting. Caked on food on the line, bins were filthy, glass was not clean, like there was no during shift cleaning.

Whenever I come to this chipotle I receive an extremely small burrito. Ashland and Sandusky Chipotles always give me at least a decent sized portion in my burrito but I always have to ask for more here if I want a burrito that actually fills me up. I should not have to ask to be served a decent portion size especially when paying $12 for 1 burrito.

4 or 5 days ago, there was a bad storm that came through town. My son had ordered food, but accidentally ordered it from a different restaurant. The food obviously wasnt waiting for us. After the manager overheared our situation, without hesitation, she recreated our entire order and insisted that we take it for free. I even offered to pay for it, because the mistake was on my end and not hers. She wouldn't let us. She told me to just get my family home safely. I cannot express how grateful I was. I still don't know her name, but she is awesome!!!
