Stopped in to get dinner with family, was going to eat in, sadly it was beyond busy and not clean. What made this experience amazing was a young man named Evan. He was alone on the line, there was someone who could help standing but choose not to. They were understaffed and this young person kept it moving and stayed pleasant the whole time. Did I mention their were kids screaming everywhere and he was getting those orders out. Thank you again for you positive work attitude 😊

4 or 5 days ago, there was a bad storm that came through town. My son had ordered food, but accidentally ordered it from a different restaurant. The food obviously wasnt waiting for us. After the manager overheared our situation, without hesitation, she recreated our entire order and insisted that we take it for free. I even offered to pay for it, because the mistake was on my end and not hers. She wouldn't let us. She told me to just get my family home safely. I cannot express...

I've never had a bad experience at the Norwalk location. Always nice employees and always clean. The only thing i would suggest, make sure you keep everything stocked during the slow times
