There is a Lamar that works up at the Dunkin Doughnuts in Norwalk on 250!!! Such a great person!!! Makes sure everything is right and if it isn't it will get taken care of... Lamar has been very sweet to me and seems very good with coworkers with all of my encounters!!! Lamar deserves 5 stars!!! Most definitely!!! Don't forget y'all it's the holiday season and these people do their best... If there is a mix up they make it right... As long as you address it like human being with the understanding everyone makes mistakes!!! So don't forget to tip!!!

For the past 2 weeks my order keeps getting made differently. And I let that go. Now today some young guy at the window is gonna argue with me on how a Carmel crazed latte is made. AND OH BY THE WAY IT COMES WITH CARMEL. And on top of that all of my food was completely ICE COLD. Which a ham stuffer and everything mini stuffed bagels are to be cooked. I didn't even want to leave 1 star. Go to the DUNKIN ON BENEDICT AVE. MILAN AVE IS A COMPLETE LET DOWN AND DISAPPOINTMENT 😞😥

Yall seriously gotta stop cooking the breakfast sandwiches like this some of your new ppl you got there put the egg bacon and cheese on a pan and pop it into the oven instead of cooking separately like it’s supposed to be in turn yesterday I got my sandwich and the bacon wasn’t cooked at all from cooking it like that so I took it off the sandwich and still ended up getting food poisoning last night from the raw bacon juices being on the egg part of the sandwich.. that ain’t right cook the food correctly and separately that way everything is actually cooked

When we showed up to the Intercom, the lady running drive through was really rude and pushy. Like we just got there give us a second. When we showed up to the window, the guy snatched the money out my wife’s hand. Really rude and a place that needs to look at new employees.

Have had my order messed up many many times but continue to give them another try. Went yesterday for a cold brew like I always do and it tasted very watered down I called and asked to speak to a manager and the phone was given to another employee (who was not a manager) was not given a name and was told that they will dump the watered down cold brew out and give me a new one free of charge. I pulled back through the drive thru to get this new cold brew and as I pulled in two employees were standing outside and pointed to me as I pulled in, then went to the window and was lied to when I asked if they remade the cold brew. They gave me the EXACT same thing just with less ice…they could care less about the products they serve and it shows
15 workers but half just standing around. Total confusion filling a simple order at the counter. Donuts were dry and tasted old.

my last three visits were nothing but trash… this store doesn’t even deserve a one star… on the third visit which was today. This was my last straw. I ordered a vanilla frosted donut and they threw the donut in upside down so the frosting was stuck to the bag and I just had a plain doughnut then I ordered a shot of espresso over ice. I’ve gotten this so many times and they basically gave me coffee bc it was sooo light, espresso is dark even over ice.. then I ordered a basic iced latte with caramel, when I received my drink, it looked like just milk and caramel flavoring it was DISGUSTING and the sad part is they weren’t even busy!!!! 3 cars in At the whole building and I was the third car this location is trash and I do not recommend going, I’d rather spend my money on a McDonalds coffee than this crap!!!
