I would give them 0 stars if I could! Just extremely disappointed

These people knew I was being molested and left me to continue to be molested for another 2 years until I told another teacher. When I became a mother they spent over a decade ignoring or not investigating my reports. I could come in there with photos and videos and audio recordings and they wouldn't do a thing! I'd tell them they can't be questioned in front of the other parent because that's their abuser along with his wife and they would do it anyways. So one of my kids left at 18 and the other at 16 when I was finally able to get them out. I still have everything I turned into this place saved. There needs to be a complete overhaul in cps and new laws put in place that hold these workers accountable when they do not do their JOB THEY WENT TO SCHOOL AND WETE HIRED FOR.These are also the same people that allowed my former father inlaw to be a foster parent which resulted in the death of one of his foster children.Failure in so many different ways!

If there was a negative star rating, it would certainly apply. It would take a book to write a review at this point. Do better, plain and simple.

Norwalk ohio cps is completely utterly trash . The workers all need fired, and new people that actually want to make this community safe need to step up and do their dam job . What a waste of time and money.

Erie county Cps gets rid of a caseworker for her neglect of job duties and the next week she’s working at Huron county Cps . If you can’t perform your job duties at one agency how do they think you will perform them at another !!! SMH !!

This place is an absolute mess, they have no idea what they are doing over here, they currently have so many cases, they are just trying to get them closed, even if it's not in the best interest of the children (verbatim from a lawyer)
