We stopped for dinner, the service was nice and good which is always good to have! The chicken sandwiches were okay but the wedge fries were bad they were cold, over cooked, and had been sitting around for awhile.

I got KFC tonight for dinner. Haven’t had it in a while, and my experience tonight is the reason why I don’t get food from here. I got the number 7, which is a 3 piece CRISPY chicken tender with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. My chicken was soggy, but not only that. Had a long piece of hair cooked in the breading of my chicken, they didn’t give me silverware in my box like they’re supposed to. Will not be getting food from here again!!!

Don’t DoorDash from this place. They “FORGET” to put part of your meal in your bag then try to blame the Dasher. And to get your money back they tell you to contact DoorDash to “TRY” and get your money back. Scammers!! This was a dash that was received @ 3:00 pm. 12/7/25

I would give norwalk location a 0 star if it was possible....food is never fresh and the quality is not there either. The workers just throw your food in a box. My last order even the pie bites were just thrown into the box...so they tasted nasty and not like pie at all

Staff isn't very friendly. Dining room is always dirty with no attempt to clean it while the restaurant is slow. Employees are playing music for everyone to hear, which is fine until the some songs have explicit lyrics such as the f word. Not a good model to have with the chance of young children coming into the restaurant.
Wouldn't visit again.

I got a 4 piece chicken tender meal and only got three pieces of chicken no silverware no napkin food was good though chicken tenders were extremely fresh that's why I was mad I didn't get my fourth one LOL

I have been very disappointed in the Norwalk location! I have been there approximately 5 times in the last several months. I have tried to order the chicken pot pie most of the 5 times and at least 4 times I was told either there would be a very long wait or they were out for the night ( this was a few hours before closing). They have also said they are closed and it’s before 9:00 at times too! I also ordered the chicken strips one time and they were so dry and hard they weren’t even eatable! Not sure what’s going on there but it has really gone downhill lately!

I placed an online order at 7pm, it was ready within 10 min. Was greeted by a friendly staff member when I picked up the order. Easy and fast transaction. Place was clean. I ordered the hot and spicy wings. They were okay, nothing to write home about.

I did an order from my app I picked it up and get home 12 miles away from the restaurant and noticed the main course of my meal was missing i called and spoke to the manager and she wasn't real pleasant when asked if there was anything that she could do for the inconvenience she said no so beware and check your bags before you leave the window no matter how backed up the line is kfc do better i spent good money for dinner for my family now I have to spend more driving 12 miles back to get what you messed up
