When trying to order 4 chicken strips I was told they come in orders of 3,therefore I would have to get 2 orders. I'm not spending money at any establishment that wants to tell me how much of anything I must order. I won't be back.

I did an order from my app I picked it up and get home 12 miles away from the restaurant and noticed the main course of my meal was missing i called and spoke to the manager and she wasn't real pleasant when asked if there was anything that she could do for the inconvenience she said no so beware and check your bags before you leave the window no matter how backed up the line is kfc do better i spent good money for dinner for my family now I have to spend more driving 12 miles back to get what you messed up

Lady was really rude at the window . Went through for a bite to eat after a very difficult day. Young girl with black hair was irritated with us adding something to our order. I have worked in fast food for too long to put up with rude employees who can't do their job correctly. In fast food , our customers look for order accuracy, politeness, and speedy service. I hope this can be changed. Very displeased with the service we just experienced at 6 pm on a Saturday evening.

Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had. The staff was rude. Spoke in Spanish and laughed the entire time. We were there for 46 minutes for a to go order absolutely horrible food. The places is dirty and so is the help which had no gloves on. Would not refund our money after it took soooo long so we could go somewhere else.
Once again they fail to satisfy, Their food was disgusting and gave someone i know food poisoning because they clearly let their food sit there all day under a heater and use disgusting food. The employees dont care and they should just be shut down by the health department. We are better off without this store in specfic in our town
