Marco’s Pizza in Norwalk is consistently fantastic! The manager is always so kind and welcoming, which really makes a difference. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and tastes exactly the same every time you order—no matter the day or time. You can count on the quality. On top of that, they go above and beyond with customer service. Even when I was in a pinch and I needed paper plates and napkins, they were more than happy to help me out. Great food, great people, and great service every single time. Highly recommend! Great customer service every time.

I love this location. I live in Bellevue and the difference between my home town location and this one is like night and day. From the customer service to especially the quality of food Norwalk is always tip top, they make the pizzas with a sense of care. The consistency and quality is unmatched. Please please pleaaaase send the Bellevue employees and managers to this location for awhile and tell them take notes! Sincerely, a customer of 25+ years

This evening we had deluxe pizza with extra sauce, a pizza sub, a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese and some cinnamon sticks or cinnamon the best thank you the kids are picky and they eat everything thank you so much money well spent didn’t wait long kids was hungry 5 stars on everything

Waited an hour, and they put me on hold twice. Couldn't even explain what happened to my order, but my card still got charged. Then they said they would remake it and didn't offer a pop , 2 bucks off, free delivery or nothing. I'll never order from this Marcos again. I'll pay $6 from Lil Caesars from now on

I ordered this evening. Did the survey as I eas eating my first piece of pizza. My food was good until I took my second piece of pizza. As I am chewing I felt something in the cheese, I first thought it was a hair. Nope it was a long piece of stringy plastic.

Food was delicious. One of the best Marcos around. Greek salad was amazing! However, waiting in the drive thru behind 2 cars for over 17 minutes was not desirable. In theory defense,it was the day after Christmas and I don't think anyone cooked that day.
