Food was delicious. One of the best Marcos around. Greek salad was amazing! However, waiting in the drive thru behind 2 cars for over 17 minutes was not desirable. In theory defense,it was the day after Christmas and I don't think anyone cooked that day.
We are very frequent Marcos customers, and we've recently moved from North Carolina to Norwalk. We loved our Marcos in our old town, and they knew us and our orders. We were concerned that the level of service would be different at this location, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Brandon, the manager, has such a positive attitude and great customer service. We had a little mess up (honestly, not even a mistake, just a matter of interpretation), and he corrected it right away. The food is always good and fresh and is consistent. I'm so glad we can continue to patronize Marcos even though we've moved. Thanks!

Was at Summit Motorsports and ordered pizza for our racing team. The hole process was made easy. Person taking order was pleasant and very helpful. Our driver was also very pleasant and professional. Driver showed up with Marco topper and was in a uniform for Marcos. This is very important to me. I do not do door dash. I can be assured a company driver has been vetted a little better. Our pizzas ... OMG.... so good, so perfect. If your at the track with a big crew or even a small one, Marcos is the place for you.
I ordered online and had 2 items missing and an item I didn't order when I picked it up. When I called when I realized it, the manager was super nice and quickly remade the missing items and even had it delivered! Food tasted very good and fresh! Mistakes happen and he was very friendly.

No good on service seems to have the tourist blues. Attitude was yeah we're not going to fix your problem you're just a passer thewer that doesn't matter! I'll be more than greatful to order domino's next time a bad experience and God awful greasy pizza!
