It's a hit or miss sometimes with this place. And when they do mess up your order they don't answer the phone at night it's best to call them in the morning when managers are actually answering the phone. Fries are usually cold even after waiting in a long line. I just don't get it if you don't want to serve hot food to customers stay home and let someone else do it. And start answering the phone when you hear it ringing

Ok so here is the honest truth…. We waited awhile for our food and they forgot to hand us our happy meal. I had to call and ask for it and pull back around….
But then there was Sophia….. she walked out the first time apologized and was so sweet to us. I looked at my husband and said wow she was so pleasant even though I knew she was running ragged and I’m sure she had some people being rude to her.
Then the happy meal, she comes out again and thanked us for being so understanding. She was so apologetic and you could tell the night was about to break her.
We told her she was doing great and she has been one of the most pleasant people we have met in this industry. that honestly we understand, we owned a fast food restaurant and it sucked. We know how it can be. We know how cruel people can treat others.
She started to tear up and told her we made her night. Well actually Sophia you made ours.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a McChicken plain with cheese, a small fry, and a Sprite. The food was fresh and we didn't have to wait long for our order. They were friendly and courteous even though they were also trying to train a new worker.

Girl that was taking are order though window got are order wrong had to tell her mutiple times what we wanted she still didn’t understand had to pull around after that and wait even longer after spending 15 mins trying to get the women worker to understand are order which was 2 meals and a nugget one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to

If I could give a zero star review I would. Management is a joke during the day. They will sit there and watch costumers wait at the counter to pay for their food while chatting it up with other employees and then give you an attitude when asked to be served. That’s literally your job. Nobody forces you to be here if you don’t want to do it then find another job please.
