the manager shouldnât be the manager there because i called and i had to call twice because they didnât answer and then when she did she had an attitude because i asked if the lobby was open because the lobby shouldâve been open at 7 and she said that they just havenât propped the door open because the night manager didnât leave the key. and then had an attitude to all the other customers even the regular that walked in after me she even knew his name and still was happy still didnât smile at all. the other girl that was there was amazing she had a smile the whole time even i donât know her name but she was a darker girl with dark curly hair and she treated every customer like she was their friend and hadnât seen them in forever. the manager just acted like she didnât wanna be there it was terrible and they werenât even busy she just had an attitude for nothing.

I come to Norwalk for work and I stop at McDonaldâs sometimes for breakfast or a drink and the employees always have exceptional attitudes with smiles on their faces and it makes my day better. The positive vibe really adds onto my day and itâs very appreciative knowing that this is a community that is welcoming to everyone
