I’ve always recommended Pizza Post, best place in town BUT it’s very disappointing when you try to order and the fella that answered the phone does it in a VERY RUDE WAY! If it wasn’t for the fact that I was really hungry for pizza, I would have hung up the phone and went elsewhere! I’m sorry young fella that I placed an order with your place of employment and interrupted you but that’s your job! Busy or not, next time DON’T BE SO RUDE!

Good pizza but the Manager or Owner really needs to ensure their workers have customer service training. Having an overall rude, aggressive, and rushed interaction just to place an order does not make the public want to return. Super disappointing.

Love the pizza and especially The bread twists but come on when you can’t even get it right to add in the ranch dressing that I paid for with my bread twists come on. Guess I need to start throughly checking my order before I leave the restaurant very disappointed. Always get ranch with the bread twists :(

We were visiting from out of town due to a family emergency. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was friendly; we were stressed and dining at The Pizza Post was like getting a big hug. The waitress was fun to watch as she greeted regular customers by name. Highly recommend.

I really wish I had just sat down and ate instead of takeout. The staff was really nice and friendly, and I got pizza for the first time. Absolutely smashed a small before I could take a picture. I've tried the Dino too and it's what brought me back! I'll be back again, dining in next I think

2 hours to get 2 pizzas delivered? really? And then ,not all that great. Never again! Ordered at 4:34. Called at 5:50 to ask where our order is. Was told that it will be there any minute. Called back at 6:20 and was told that it should be there any minute. Told them that we already heard that! Was told that they were REALLY busy. They opened at 4. We called 34 minutes after they opened and they were 2 Hours behind already???? Asked if they would reduce the price due to the delay and was told no because they were busy. Finally showed up at 6:32. Delivery person told us that their "regular customers" call early because they get really busy. We will not ever become "regular" customers. Would not ever recommend this place!!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. One hour 15 minutes later it arrives and I'm just down the street from this business. Even so it was cold and like cardboard.
Years ago it was the best pizza in this town. NOT ANYMORE! I'll be buying my pizza elsewhere from now on.

Nostalgic 80's pizza shop. Good slice if you're in the area. Thin, a bit floppy, but overall taste is very good with a solid layer of perfectly cooked cheese... a must try in Norwalk ohio...

Great Food! But why are you closed on Sunday?

I live in Seattle but growing up I lived in Norwalk and this was always a favorite as a kid. Every time I visit the first meal I have is at Pizza Post. I love the Dino sub and I am never disappointed! And at a great price.
