We decided to try Gilby’s out for the first time tonight and I am very happy that we did! Every pizza we got was delicious and hot! We will be back 😄

Once again ......perfection !! The wings are to die for !!! When I ordered the wings the person on the phone guaranteed I was in for a treat ..I believe it was the owner . .....anyway I ordered the garlic parm wings and by George he was right !!! The Absolute best wings I have ever had ! The owner actually delivered the wings ...I am absolutely phenomenally impressed. I will definitely be ordering wings again ! If the wings are this good ...how good is the pizza !!! Very Impressed !! S.C. I'm guessing there isn't a VIP list ...because if there were I would have my pizza and wings already..... a c note is involved .. 2 mins ..and counting.. .........pizza Cravin came thru !!! Love u guys !!!!

Pizza dough usually awesome. I prefer it over the city’s other pizza places. A couple times it was tough, but still tasty. The Poutine is a fun indulgence. Nice to see unique things like this on the menu. I cannot recommend the BL…(T?) sub, though. I wish more restaurants would use strips instead of prepackaged bacon bits that are for salads/pizza. I understand it’s cheaper & easier for them though. But the tomato on here? Yikes. None fell off into the wrapper. None got eaten before the picture. I don’t feel this is a 10 dollar sandwich. Staff/owner always nice and friendly, though.

Every time I order it's at least an hour or more for delivery. It's not like I order alot ( maybe that's the problem). The food is good but delivery time needs to be worked on.

Overall my favorite pizza spot in town. Hidden Gem. Little hole in the wall pizza joint with a very unique vibe and menu. Retro arcade games as soon as you walk in, free to play. Amazing service. Amazing food. Very underrated. Also try the BBQ chicken fry pie and thank me later.

If you have never had terrible pizza and would like to try it... go here. Not only was the pizza terrible the place on the inside is absolutely disgusting. Looks like they have cleaned in months and stuff throw all over the floor. I almost didn't even take the pizza but I was absolutely starving and was hopeful the pizza would be good. I hate to leave a bad review for a small town pizza spot, but dang this place needs some New management to get it up to speed not only on cleanliness but quality of food as well.

Would like to see more sauce and cheese on the Pizza's. Even when I ask for extra sauce, it's like "Where is it?"! I like a string of hot gooey cheese when I have Pizza, there is none with their pies. Often the Pizza is over cooked too. At one time they had the best Pizza in town, maybe that was the old owners, I don't know.
