The people that made my pizza seemed like they really like working there it when I picked my pizza up it was close to 1030pm they I also asked for plates an napkins an they gave me some. They was very friendly an the pizza was great first time I've ever tried Norwalk Ohio's it tastes way different than the Lexington aves in Mansfield Ohio which is definitely great.

First they told me they were out of personal pan pizza, this is after I waited 20 extra minutes, so they were going to give me a medium instead, waited another 20 minutes, then they brought out 2 personal pan pizzas, but didn't give me my cheesy bread, so I waited another 10 minutes, by them pizza and wings were cold, will not go back!

Everything was great and our server was very nice.
The food was average. If you don't have a smartphone, you won't have any clue the prices. You have to scan the QR to download the menu to get the prices. I don't know if they have options for people without smartphones.
The service has unfortunately went downhill apparently they were inconsiderate after I called to inform them of a mistake made with my delivery order resulting in receiving a personal pizza instead of a large the supposed manager on the floor at 10 pm sat night completely ignores what I have to tell him n proceeds to ask what I'll be ordering tonight as if we're required to keep them running no thanks unbelievable sux cuz I liked the pan pizza

Great pizza tonight! We ordered 3 mediums and 2 personal pan pizzas, all had the right amount of sauce and plenty of toppings. Very good. The Pizza Hut I remember it to be. Thank you!
