This was the best mexican food I've ever eaten! and I've had Mexican food in San Antonio, Texas. All food is made in house and fresh. We had quesa birria tacos, chicken quesadilla and chips and pico salsa. My husband had the quesa birria tacos which were flavorful, rich, and tender. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was literally the best I've had. Most of the time the chicken is bland and you have to put salsa, guac and sour cream on the quesadilla to give it flavor. My extras needed! The chicken was so flavorful and delicious!
Also, the gal that took our order and made it, was super friendly. We're sad we're not from this area because we would be eating here all the time. Go eat there NOW! You won't be disappointed.

Quesa Broso is hands-down my favorite local food truck! Every time I stop by, the food is hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, the staff is always friendly, and they’re fast without ever sacrificing quality.
