This was the best mexican food I've ever eaten! and I've had Mexican food in San Antonio, Texas. All food is made in house and fresh. We had quesa birria tacos, chicken quesadilla and chips and pico salsa. My husband had the quesa birria tacos which were flavorful, rich, and tender. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was literally the best I've had. Most of the time the chicken is bland and you have to put salsa, guac and sour cream on the quesadilla to give it...
Quesa Broso is hands-down my favorite local food truck! Every time I stop by, the food is hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, the staff is always friendly, and they’re fast without ever sacrificing quality.
If you haven’t tried Quesa Broso yet, you’re missing out on one of the best bites around. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! ❤️
