MISUNDERSTOOD
Don’t know how to read mobile orders messed up 3 subs yesterday put the wrong items on all 3 subs and didn’t mark the papers of the subs as we asked if you don’t want to do your job right there go find a job thes for u cause subway work AINT FOR YOU!!!

I’ve been in there 2 times in the past couple of weeks. Service was awful and the sandwich was very poor. Had a chicken teriyaki foot long it had 12 pieces of chicken. Then it came to the toppings that was worse yet 6 olives asked for more ended up with 10 very little lettuce and spinach. Was told it’s was company policy. If this is the policy I spend my money somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money going there! Going to try the one on the north side of town and see if that’s any better. If not I spend my money somewhere else!!

Ordered a steak sub online with only cheese olives pickles lettuce and mayonnaise and it was the sloppiest sandwich ever.

I ordered a flatbread sandwich for lunch and salad for later. The flatbread had a little too much flour on it. That's all I could taste when i took a bite. The salad was ridiculously small!

Sticker shock on the prices. A 12" sub is now over $12.00. Definitely won't be my go-to when I want a quick bite to eat.
The kid working today 3/10/24. Needs to find a different job. I have never been treated so poorly at Subway in my entire life. First off could just tell he was miserable. Very short and rude. Then when I asked to have little more onions he said company new policy and that all I can give you. It was like 4 little slivers of onions!!! And maybe gave 6 slices of black olives!! Is this the new policy or should I just go to the other Subways in town??? 14 bucks a sub and you can't even get what you want on it!!!

Always clean and the food is great, but don’t come in a few minutes early for your online order, the employee was very rude when I came in for my pickup. The male working with her started working on it immediately, and she just kept grumbling about how she wasn’t rushing and people need to learn how to order online ?
