Worst experience at subway I’ve ever experienced with family. I used the fl1299 deal so it wasn’t 30 dollars but these two girls working were rude and the sandwiches had frozen meat still and were not edible. Health department would have had a day long job at this location if they came. 4 sandwiches and not one made correctly and I sat in the empty parking lot the whole time waiting while it took then 20 minutes to make these.

This was one interesting experience. My girlfriend and I went to this subway at about 8:30pm on August 18 2025. There was a decent line and I didn’t mind waiting, but she worked slower than I have ever seen. Took her 30minutes to make 3 subs. But once it was our turn she said she could only take online orders for the rest of the night. Remind you they are open until 10pm.. I have never had such an experience at a fast food restaurant. She seemed like she just flat out didn’t wanna work anymore tonight. She claimed she had been making subs since 7 and didn’t wanna make anymore.. please manager do better and don’t allow lousy work ethic like this.

Interesting experience. The gal working definitely needed help. Food was not made correctly. Took forever. Paid for the food because I felt bad for her but then had to go to another Subway to get food made correctly. Disappointing

The red head kid didn't have my online order ready messed up both of my subs and the hot honey pepperoni sub is supposed to have 12 to 20 PCs of pepperoni literally only got four pieces of pepperoni for the whole sub and two pieces of cheese and the rest of the sub was nothing but vegetables and didn't even put the hot honey on the sub. Now when you order online they put less as possible even when it says more or extra they don't give you extra they give you less so if you order online think about it before you get it because when you go in there your sub is not the right size and they don't give you the proper stuff I ordered two subs got there 25 minutes later and my sub still was not done because the kid was talking to other people not doing his job didn't even say hey how are you doing I'll be right with you so I will be calling the manager tomorrow and getting new subs or my money back because literally nothing got put on there that I had ordered very disappointed

Whoever worked on June 22 at 8:00pm needs to be fired. Didn’t do correct portion, footlong dippers were empty and burnt, my sandwich was falling apart didn’t cut I all the way threw and she didn’t even attemp to close the sandwich just wrapped it up and gave up and my vegetables were not even in the sandwich it was spilled and my bread was soggy please fire her please.

Placed an order through the app at 6:20 for 7:00 pickup. Plenty of time because we didn't want a bad order. Got order confirmation that it was done and order was never started when we arrived. Now we have to wait for a rushed order.

I rated this a 1star to be able to post review. I ordered on their app but was contacted by this Subway that they did not have the bread requested. No biggie. Order was cancelled and Dorr Dash cancelled. Now they are refusing to refund the money because the owner feels we received food. HIS employee says order was cancelled. Door Dash deliverer knows order was cancelled. Bad way to run business. I am sharing this with all my associates to not patronize this establishment. The cost has gotten outrageous and now they are stealing money from their customers. Shameful!!!!!!
