I eat here frequently, as in at least once a month. I have never had a single issue with any of my orders worth noting. Taco Bell is one of the last fast food places that is actually affordable these days. They don't lie to you: it's cheap food, but it's pretty filling, tastes great, and again in my personal experience, always made well, to order. I have done business here a lot up to this point, and I see no change in sight. Highly recommend that you get the Taco Bell app, as if you eat here frequently, like me, you usually have a free item or two on lock.
Waited over 25 minutes for orders. Staff was rude and just not motivated to work. Door dash orders. Cost me money because of how slow they are. 3 literally standing around

Went in to pick up a mobile order at 12:20am and didn't leave until 1am. Stood at the counter for 40 minutes and not a single word from any of the 5 employees that noticed me. Very disrespectful. The manager never spoke a word but had no problem walking past all the customers to go smoke her cigarette. Will drive to Sandusky next time before going here 😴

You could order from any sit down Mexican restaurant in Norwalk or Sandusky, drive there to pick up your food and drive back home, in less time than it would take to get through the drive thru at this Taco Bell location.
Good was good. Customer service was great. I liked that they brought back some menu items that had been previously discontinued like the Double Decker Taco. Now all they need to bring back is the Cheesy Potatoe Burritos. Those were my favorite

Whoever was in the headset tonight was very rude. She repeatedly cut me off while i was ordering to ask if it was all. Wasn't a big order mind you... Burritos were 90% tortilla and they didn't give me a large fry after I asked to upgrade. No receipt in or on the bag to prove that I paid for a large either 😔 Just wanted some good ole taco bell
