Whoever was in the headset tonight was very rude. She repeatedly cut me off while i was ordering to ask if it was all. Wasn't a big order mind you... Burritos were 90% tortilla and they didn't give me a large fry after I asked to upgrade. No receipt in or on the bag to prove that I paid for a large either 😔 Just wanted some good ole taco bell

I found a long hair in my food yes they replaced my order but I’m so disgusted I just go to Bellevue now lmao never had a problem there only time I try to go to Norwalk is during the day or morning. And if it’s NOT NIGHT shift cause your food will be wrong or they have an attitude or a nasty ass hair in it! Sorry not sorry;)

Went through the drive thru a week ago at 1am coming back from a show in Cleveland. I've eaten at Alot of TB's through out Ohio and this is the best one I've ever been at food and service wise. Despite the wife and I ordering a fair amount of food (we hadn't eaten since breakfast), it was ready in less than three minutes, all of it was hot, and I think I can say the best tasting food from Taco Bell I have ever gotten. The lady running the window was very nice despite it being after 1am Saturday/Sunday morning. I wish they would come train our local Taco Bell crew.
Wait times are insane at this location. Pick up order was over 20 minutes late.

I have always loved this Taco Bell. But, the other night I ordered a meal for me, and one for my boyfriend. It tasted SO GOOD. But then when I finally got to my burrito. FIRST BITE a hair when my throat. I was sooo disgusted. But at least the rest of it tasted good. But then I was disappointed to find out, when my boyfriend ate his taco, there was another hair. He continued eating it because he didn't want to waste his money. There was A THIRD HAIR. I am just so shocked. THREE HAIRS from one order. I am never coming here again.

This is the only taco bell around us that I will go to. My food is never messed up and always made good. I always go through the drive through, they are always nice and quickly make my food. Friendly staff and good food!
