Male bartender needs to pay better attention to who is there 1st and make sure the person is satisfied before walking away! Seemed mad that I didn't want to leave tab open. Too busy talking to your coworker, Good drink but service left a bad taste.

We were looking for a nice cocktail bar to go to in Norwood before our friends bowling birthday party at Stones lanes, and found this place in the factory 52 complex. We had specifically said we didn’t want to go to that factory 52 place but we didn’t know where park ave was and it happened to be there so we just went in. The entire food hall area was packed on a Saturday night, and Hoyle’s was also full but we found 2 seats and got served right away. The cocktails were good and they had an interesting menu, would def recommend and would go back - honestly changed my mind about the factory 52 complex

One of the best cocktail bars I've been to in my entire life! We came in for my birthday and couldn't have picked a better place. Zach took such great care of us and made our night. Will 110% be back anytime I'm in Cincinnati!

I got a tequila sprite and another 52 something (can’t remember the name). The bartender asked open or closed, I said closed. He never asked me to sign anything which I thought was weird. I tipped him cash and he made a face, I’m fairly certain he knew that it was because I tipped him when he left my tab open but hadn’t told me. I received an open tab fee for the amount I had tipped as well so I was charged for not closing when I had asked to. The drinks were okay, but the service was slow considering the bar was packed. Environment isn’t really their fault, lots of screaming kids but as it’s a food hall they can’t control that.
