We had a reservation for homecoming and when we arrived they told us it would be a 30-45 minute wait so we couldn't eat and get to the event in time. Very disappointed

It took quite a while to get waited on and then took an exceptionally long time to get our food. My husband's meal was not hot. Then it was another long period before we got our bill. Will not go be going back

Sonya always gives us great service! We go there most Mondays and also go to watch the Bengals football games.

We had a nice time with friends of ours. It was our friend's first time dining at BJ's. They enjoyed it and thought the food was delicious, especially the Pizookies.

Sat at bar. Bartender seemed more interested in talking with other bartender and servers than patrons. Spent time checking her phone rather than checking on customers. Will probably not return.

Michelle, at the Rookwood location was too notch! We had the most wonderful experience thanks to her. She was attentive without being intrusive, checked on us just the right number of times, and gave honest opinions on what to try. We never had an empty glass. We will be back :)

We came here last year for Cincy Music Fest and had Will as our server. We came back looking for Will again this year. He’s absolutely the best server we’ve ever had!! Food, drinks, & service were all wonderful!

Aside from my initial interaction with the manager not attempting to accommodate our large party I was very concerned. But my Mother's 75 birthday celebration was going to go on in spite of our minor set back. I'm thankful that I had an ace in the hole and had another reservation done by a friend that allowed us to sit together and celebrate as one. Thank you to our servers! I hope they enjoyed the cake we saved especially for them. QueenLeaf Enterprises❤️❤️

Our server was very attentive and pleasant. It was a great experience. Love the big menu. The food is really good.

Once again I was in the area and decided to pick up a deep dish pizza to go. I guess they didn't pay attention or didn't care that some of my pizza was without toppings. I keep giving them a chance and they keep letting me down. Okay, you win, I'm done! 😡

Went on a very humid, hot Saturday afternoon in July and it wasn't busy at all. Plenty of seating at tables and the bar. The bartender/waiter was very attentive. My husband had a Blondie beer and I had a mule which was very good. The food came out fast and not to mention delicious!!

One guest at the table had Celiac. The care shown to both the allergy and the rest of the service from Will was impeccable. I cannot wait to come back to this venue again for dinners to come.

The food was great and ther service was awsome! I got the classic cheese burger and it had whole leaf lettuce! I dont find many places anymore that still use whole leaf lettuce so i was super happy to see they did!

Eric K was the best server we have had in years. Attentive, pleasant, he talked with us... Absolutely the best EVER. He should train all servers.
