Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

We had a reservation for 4 at 6pm for Christmas Dinner. We arrived 10 min early and were told they were 30 min behind. No problem. One and a half hours later still no table after sitting at the bar. After checking, the manager and bartender Stacy went above and beyond to make the experience better and enjoyable. They are amazing, very professional, apologetic and friendly. Stacy made our Christmas what we expected it!

Extremely rude staff. 1 hour behind on reservations and then seating people that came in after us. Becky at the desk was rude and argued with us about it, we just left. Taking walk ins and getting 1 hour behind on reservations is ridiculous.

What an absolute joke. We made a Reservation for Christmas dinner. There was only 5 of us. We got there and a party of 14 without a Reservation was sat before us. We arrived early. Reservation at 515. Waiting on our Reservation for 30 minutes asked again how long it was going to be again and was told another 30 to 45 min. If you can't accommodate Reservation dont take them! And if you are gonna take Reservations , especially on a holiday then dont accommodate walk ins. Clearly this place has no clue how to run a holiday rush .

Cadence did an amazing job we had a very large group with us for Christmas Eve the service was great food was delicious we will definitely be back

Sat for 45 minutes with no one even taking a drink order. Never had an experience like this. It was awful and we have a 3 year old!

When Vuca first opened and for several years after, I loved the experience. The last few years have left me with a lower impression. Food quality and flavor still excellent but overpriced. The atmosphere remains engaging but no longer fresh. Hope they can have a good marketing campaign and become exciting again.

Food and portion sizes were very good but a bit expensive for spaghetti and meatballs at lunchtime. Our table had no salt and pepper shakers and the Parmesan cheese shaker was empty, forcing us to 'steal' all three of those much needed items from an empty nearby table. Our server was fairly cordial but not nearby when needed. Room was just a bit too dark for my sister and I to go over our shopping lists.

The service was really good and the waiter was very kind. The cheese sticks were good and I would recommend getting them. The spaghetti with meatball was divine.

Came here for our best friend’s birthday, they sat us in a special room with a lazy Susan so we could enjoy our friends 30th birthday together and have a LOT of Buca big food. Even enough between the 8 of us for leftovers! All the food was amazing, and our server, Steven, was very attentive, kind, and funny! He and all the staff did a wonderful job, and would highly recommend this place for any family meal!
