This is my second experience with Korean fried chicken and thank goodness this wasn't my first else I would never try it again. My stomach is still hurting from it.If you see in the photo, looks absolutely phenomenal and huge! Don't be fooled. It's all breading and a huge coat of it. You take a bite and you'll see the white/yellow chicken that's clearly not cooked. I got the 4 piece drums ate 1 threw Away the rest. The tenders are no better as some will look crisp and others look cold. The French fries and sauce was good. The Korean rice is good but you're better off getting fries as the rice amount is very small.Additionally, check your order to make sure it is correct. We ordered 6 pieces tenders and got 5 pieces.Recommendation: shut down for a weekend and focus on cooking the food correctly. This ain't it. Only a matter of time before it gets worse or something bad happens.

I got 4 chicken wings spicy barbecue, they were crispy on the outside moist on the inside, and very delicious, and the wings were bigger than I thought they would be! I will definitely go back with my two teenagers!

I'm torn between 3 and 4. gave 4 because i decided it was my ordering error that knocked it back to 3. when ordering for delivery, they give the option to have the wings/ tenders tossed in sauce or SOS. fearing soggy wings, I chose SOS. my bad. the breading is thick and fell off the wings ( which are quite large) when I tried to eat them. it was still pretty crunchy so definitely would advise getting them tossed in the sauce. Don't know why they even give the option for not tossing as it isn't very good that way. the waffle fries were good ( and plentiful). the dressing on the cukes was gloppy and heavy for my taste, had hoped for a light seasoned vinegar dressing to offset all the fried food. if I try them again, I would go for the tenders tossed in sauce.

The breading was too much for me. It was like general tsos chicken with the hard thick shell and Asian sweet chili sauce rather than spicy Korean BBQ. I would also say there was only sweet and no heat in the spicy Korean BBQ sauce. Also I don’t like that there was sugar on the fries. Worth a try but just wasn’t for me.

The husband ordered for me to try. We all know chicken legs shouldn't be this big naturally.Delicious sauce but a tad too sweet. Very sticky, which is cool. My daughter and I shared a drumstick. The rest went to my sons. Good crunch but the batter is very thick. Be prepared. It's fine but I couldn't eat it all the time.

I can’t rate the food because I haven’t had it yet but I’ve been calling all 3 locations for 2 days and cannot get anyone to answer the phone so should I attempt to make the 30 mile trip there?

To go ordering , or you can sit in the brewery next to it , the food was absolutely delicious! The chicken is seasoned nicely without sauce , but the bbq was my favorite! Will be returning many more times !Dietary restrictions: Only recommendation is to specify if the corn dog is all beef or has pork. We only ate the outside because we were unsure if it was all beef or not . I’m not sure the workers that day would have known either ! The outside was very tasty so it was no biggie !

Fried Drumsticks with Korean BBQ sauce are fantastic. Perfect flavored batter to accompany the sauce. Fried to order. Solid seaweed salad. Great service inside a great location at Factory 52.They also have fried chicken tenders that I did not taste but my friend greatly enjoyed and they looked amazing.

Korean fried chicken wasn’t very authentic and had no crunch at all. The spicy flavor had almost no spice to it.Kimchi was good, but that’s just something you can buy.

Food used to be great. Go to was the cheese dog. But I think they changed the cheese and it’s terrible now. Like soggy mush. The fries and tenders are still ok last visit. But just can’t go back until they go back to the old cheese.

Located in the food hall at Factory 52. I have had the mozz stick a few times and have always enjoyed it, so I decided to try their chicken this visit. The chicken was delicious! It was very tender and juicy. The picnic salad was also really good.Ordering is done on a tablet at the counter. They will send a text when your order is ready to pick up.

Really disappointed at how Decibel's fried chicken quality has gone down. I got the 4pc tender combo meal for dinner and it was not worth $14. The breading was no good, not crunchy at all. The crunchy cukes (cucumber salad) was too salty.Go somewhere else like BonChon and Chimaek for Korean Fried Chicken, or Popeye's and KFC for crunchy chicken.

Decibel Korean Fried Chicken is the place to go for the crispiest chicken in town! I was first introduced to them a year or two ago at their location inside Esoteric Brewing, but when their new location opened inside Factory 52 in Norwood, I had to go back! I've had many things on their menu, but my favorite by far is their chicken tenders with gochujang bbq and their waffle fries. Other items I'd recommend: Korean corn dogs - basically deep fried mozzarella sticks with lots of sauce on top Bulgogi egg rolls Wings Cured cukes While I don't typically like macaroni salad, their Picnic Salad is a pretty good version of the macaroni salad. The dressing reminds me of spicy mayo!

Decibel catered a birthday party for my son at Fretboard 52 and went above and beyond! Couldn't have been happier - food was delicious, and staff was very attentive. They even came over a couple of hours after setting up the food to make sure we didn't need anything else, and provided boxes and tray covers for all of the leftovers. Excellent service!
