Fretboard Brewing - Factory 52

If I come to an establishment and pay $6 for a beer, I would like it served in a glass. The whole purpose of draft beef is so that it’s sold in a glass, not some shiesty plastic cup. Also, charging the same price for a plastic cup that is only 16 oz compared to the glass that is 18 oz is also robbery. Not only am I getting robbed out of drinking my cold beer out of a glass, but now I’m drinking it out of a shorter, crappy plastic cup. The bartender's (male) curly hair is extremely unprofessional and tried to tell me they couldn’t serve glasses due to people throwing glasses. Last time I was there, they told me it was because people were outside. I was in fact not outside and sitting at a table right in front of the bar. It’s excuse after excuse, so they don’t have to do as much dishwashing. I was bringing glasses up to the bar all night to help because staff was clearly not doing their jobs and cleaning tables off. It's also frustrating when someone at your table comes back with a glass right after you were served a plastic cup and the bartender tells some BS lie about why they are not serving glasses. Another thing: don’t show the Bengals game if you are going to play music the entire time. When customers ask why they turn off the volume, they will just tell you the commercials are overstimulating the guest. You mean all of the ones who were paying money to come drink at your establishment to watch the Bengals game? Do better and serve my beer in a glass.

We enjoyed this place. Beer was good. Nice atmosphere. Service was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Plastic cup at a brewery

There are many different craft beers to choose from with an interest atmosphere. You can order food from one or more of the many restaurants have it delivered to the tap room and enjoy delicious food while drinking some delicious craft beer. The outside seating with fire pit are a bonus.

Love popping by here for a beer while waiting on dinner. Staff has always been very attentive and friendly. They were very kind to make a custom mocktail for my lady last week which she was very appreciative of. Thank you, and we will be back ?

Love the beer and employees but the pretzels were subpar! The gatherall is right upstairs so food options are already available. Offer chips vs pretzels

This is a cool place, an old playing card factory turned into a food hall and brewery. Fretboard has the downstairs. Food, coffee shop, and a little bar upstairs. Old factory turned into a cool place!

Went here to watch Lego Masters season 4 first episode . Paul from our Lego Club is a contestant with his sister. Very nice place.
