I love this place! I ordered chicken adobo, garlic rice, and the corn with garlic aioli. All of it was delicious, especially with the sawsawan sauce for the chicken. The ube sugar cookie is maybe one of the best sugar cookies I’ve ever had. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere is in a beautiful food hall with lots of other great merchants. I will definitely be going back.My favorite thing about this place is actually the fact that it is named after Gabriela Silang, a Filipina revolutionary who bravely fought for emancipation from Spanish colonizers in the late 1700s. I love seeing Filipino history honored and to see the sharing of culture going beyond the food of a country.

Overpriced and tasteless. We paid $15 for Chicken Tinola - a piece of chicken and unseasoned rice. The Embutido wasn’t much better and the rice was cold. Never again.

For my first time here I tried the box with Pork, corn and cucumber salad. I looooooved the corn. Some of the pork was good, some was too tough and some was too fatty (normal for pork). The cucumber salad had some good flavor but it didn't feel as fresh as i was hoping on this day. I'll go back and try the other proteins next time.

Updated pic below from my second visit.OMG!!!! Love this place! Being multicultural, I've been trying to cook more Filipino foods. I was so excited to try Gabriela. The Spanish flare is there, too! I know how to cook adobo and curry but this made me feel like I need to step my Filipino dishes up a bit and cook more. Came with the husband. We will be back.

My Filipino husband and I come to Ohio to visit my family a couple times a year and each time we are so disappointed in the lack of Filipino options in the area. We were so excited to try this place once we saw it open up and made it the top of our list for our next visit. Needless to say it did not disappoint and we are hopeful for its future. I had the tofu and loved it - the Chef has to be a magician to get the tofu as delightfully crispy as it is! The chicken adobo was good, not as much vinegar/soy sauce as we are used to, but they have these amazing vinegar and soy sauces that you can add to it. All the familiar flavors were there. The sides of garlic rice and corn are delicious. The Ensaymada was perfect and we were so happy to see Pandesal! The locals probably have no idea what they’re missing so please hear me when I say this - don’t sleep on the pandesal! Where we are from we have to wake up extra early to line up for the fresh pandesal from our Filipino bakery before it sells out ? Would love in the future to see lumpia and siopao added to the menu (not sure if the menu is rotating so maybe sometimes you have these?). All in all, really delicious and I truly applaud the Chef for opening up in the Cincinnati area - you are a trailblazer and we are grateful for you. So excited we get to have the familiar flavors of home brought to my old home so we can now share with our friends and family here.

Nice to have another place to get Filipino food. The brisket meal was my favorite with street corn and salad.

We visited Factory 52 for the first time today. The Gatherall, as they call it, is basically a food hall above the Fretboard taproom. There were many places to pick from, and the menu at Gabriella caught my eye. I ordered the pork belly and my wife the chicken. Our sides were elotè style corn, garlic rice, and a tomato, cake, and onion salad. The chicken was tender and tasty. The rice had just the right amount of garlic. The corn was the highlight for me. My pork was flavorful and had some pork skin included for good measure. The salad was fresh and fit the combo well. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size, a great value for the money. So many places to choose and I think we started out strong.

This is the best authentic Filipino food in the area! Chicken adobo with garlic rice is perfection, tastes just like my Lola used to make it. Also don’t sleep on the ensyamadas! This is a really typical Filipino pastry with lots of butter, sugar, and topped with shredded cheese. The perfect salty sweet dessert to finish your meal.

I loved my meal! Delicious flavors, price is comparable to other dining options in the area, and the person who took my order was very kind. I'll definitely go back and I really recommend it!

As a fellow Filipino, writing this review kinda hurts. The fact is I've had better, and it was from this exact place like 6 months ago. This time, the pork lechon and chicken adobo were lukewarm and really dry. It was like eating microwaved leftovers from a family gathering the night before. Man, so disappoint. The service was fine, and I love the Gatherall and Factory 52's atmosphere. It's a great addition to the Norwood 'hood. But seriously, Gabriela's needs to step their game up and not rest on their laurels. Cuz there's a fine line between thriving and going outta business....

I really like this little Filipino place at Factory 52! The Chicken Adobo is tasty and comes with your choice of 3 sides (the potatoes are the best!). I've eaten here a few times, and I keep getting the same thing because it's just that good.

I would have never thought I would be a fan of this type of food - it is not normally flavors I would go for but I noticed myself dining here about once a week. The portion is huge for the price and you get plenty of food to fill you up! I get the pollo adobo, with coconuts rice, and corn with no aioli. The potatoes are also delicious and the staff is always so nice and helpful!

The closest you can get to authentic Filipino cuisine. Loved it.

Gabriela's is the newest Filipino Spanish fusion restaurant in town, located inside Factory 52. I was pumped to try them out first with Yelp, but went back again to try more of the menu and was not disappointed! Here's what I've had: Chicken adobo Crispy tofu Mais (corn) Roasted potatoes - there are FIRE Pandesal - sweet rolls Ensaymada - delicious sweet bread topped with sugar & cheese. This was by far the highlight! So good! I definitely want to go back and try the pork belly and get more ensaymadas - YUM!
