The only place that can get away with $9 beer in a plastic cup. Rooftop is never open, you're depriving the community of a outside space.
Carly is the absolute best bartender i’ve ever had! Her personality, energy, and vibe are amazing. We had a great time with her! Any time you go, ask for Carly!
Nice setting. Beer is marginal at best. Just another brewery that chooses to put more emphasis on political stances/personal lifestyles vs making a better product.
Makes me wonder when a businesses goes out of their way to promote personal opinions. Guess they want to offend 50% of their potential customers…?
Really enjoyed seeing the fentanyl test kits in bathroom for the drug addicts. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t want to take my family around crack heads.
While our group of 30+ had an overall enjoyable time at Hi-Wire, one staff member (with dyed pink hair) was noticeably unfriendly toward us. This behavior affected our experience and is something I felt should be mentioned, as it detracted from what could have been a fully positive visit.
We enjoyed this place. They gave us our beers in plastic cups. They got warm very quick. Everyone else had regular glasses. Other than that, we had a good experience. I would recommend this place.
Went here after a race with about 18 people. Awesome atmosphere and better beer. Bartenders are fantastic and it makes for a great stop when exploring Factory 52.
Unfriendly staff, sketchy and inconsistent pricing, and definitely not family friendly as advertised.
Nice clean modern brewery with great choices for the wife and I.
Modern area around you but cool atmosphere too!
Didn’t get on the roof due to the hurricane weather but would like to come back and try it next time!
Great beer, great atmosphere.
Well run bierhaus at the Factory 52 venue of Norwood. Clean, comfortable with friendly service. A variety of classic Euro style beers are available. Not inexpensive though. A single beer runs ~$9 USD. But worth it considering the comfortable setting and service. Dog friendly.

Friendly staff and very nice facility!
Great brews (but we already knew that!)
Local drafts, rooftop access as well, a great place to spend an evening, several local restaurants also do free delivery there, so you can order online and your food will be dropped off and you can hang around and enjoy the atmosphere and live bands in the meantime.
The roof is dog friendly and a nice view. I've had quite a few of their beers and they are all good.
Great beers...great staff. Super helpful. A little expensive but some of the stronger ones are worth it.
Almost had a great time with a group of six doing trivia. Ordered drinks and shots the entire time we were there.
It was great, until, at the very end of the night an employee walked up to our table and said “Just to let you know, if you ever drink our beer packs in here again we will kick you out.” Then she just walked away before anyone could say anything.
She was referring to a four pack of beer that we bought FROM THEM. They never told us we couldn’t drink them inside. There was no obvious signage. Terrible delivery of the statement. Extremely rude. If they had simply informed us that we couldn’t drink them there on purchase or at literally any other time, there would be no issue.
I’ll never be back because of that and I’ll never recommend this place. Ruined what would have been a lovely evening.
