What a cute little shop! After a nice spicy meal at The Gatherall, ice cream hit the spot. The have custom made metal sampling spoons and every scoop comes with a chunk of waffle cookie. The Honey Vanilla was AMAZING. Not huge portions, but they don't need to be because the flavor carries it. It is going to sound funny, but take a minute to read the napkin! Enjoyed it A LOT! 😋

If you or your family members are gluten-free AND vegan, skip this location. They do not have anything that is both -- not even a simple vanilla or chocolate. All of their dairy-free ice cream had elements with wheat in it, and all of their gluten-free ice cream was made with dairy. That is beyond frustrating -- it isn't hard to make a delicious ice cream that everyone can enjoy, especially when the brand (and their Columbus location) already does so. Super, super disappointing.

We live local, tried with friends from out of town: Higher priced than most other ice cream shops with not any flavor or special selection to match. Who can't make a malt these days lol Poor, rude customer service from the ( idk what pronoun they insist on me using ) and are more worried about blabbing than scooping ice cream.. and taking payment.
Choose a different line of work if you need to frustrate customers by pushing your lifestyle on them, or I simply won't be back and will continue to share my experience

The ice creams are very tasty, but very expensive too, they have a wide variety of flavors, and you can try them before ordering, the prices are very high and the worst thing is the service, a girl with a big nose piercing has no idea what it is to smile, she gave me a sample that she fell and I had to put my hand not to stain anything and she just withdrew!!! Coming from Kentucky to try them again I don’t think, the service doesn’t deserve it
