Don’t order thru the app for pickup, they will literally make whatever they want! Entire sandwich was wrong and put on a wrap ? Also ordered a brownie, obviously stale just crumbles in your hand. Was offered to come back, no thanks!

I think that the driver I had was drunk or under the influence for delivery. they were swerving up and down street unable to hold lane. They were creeping down the street as if unsure After the delivery. Small black car with blue Kentucky plate. Shouldn’t see irresponsible drivers on the road let alone working.

Ordered a #2 with No Tomato, No Lettuce. Add Cheese. Add Pickle. Pretty simple. I guess I have to settle for 1 out of 4. Got the Tomato, got the Lettuce (lots of it!), and No Pickles. Absolutely horrible Service!!!

A lot of these reviews are kind of harsh. Me and my wife went here yesterday and we're overall satisfied. Our sandwiches were made exactly as well asked. The place was VERY clean. My only slight complaint was MAYBE customer service was slightly low. With that said both employees were still tolerable. Plus you can't beat a sandwich, cookie, chips and drink for 10 bucks. Again Overall satisfied. I say give them a try.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash at 11:16PM. The order was accepted by the store. Apparently, Jimmy Johns does their own delivery even when ordered via DD - maybe I should have known that?
It's now nearing 12:22PM and DD says I have to contact JJ for any issues. I have used the number provided by DD to call - the same number listed for the store on JJ website. No answer.
Eventually my order went from being prepared to delivered. But the driver dropped it at a door about 30 yards past what the address and instructions said. I basically got lucky that I found it.
The food was as expected, but not worth the irritation. I just won't order from this store going forward.
