I don't want to judge a company or a location based on a single interaction, and today is the second time this Jimmy John's location has let me down.The first time was in the evening after we got the kiddos to bed at 8 pm and we were excited to see that this JJ location was open to 9 pm, and was accepting delivery orders. We placed our order, and waited... And waited.... And waited...45 minutes later we got a phone call saying that the location was closing and it was too late to send out delivery orders, so they were refunding our order.Ok, so, it was late, maybe they got swamped right before close, maybe the delivery driver wasn't available. We would give them another shot another time. I was a bit aggravated they waited so long to decide to cancel our order, but it was just a couple sandwhiches, and we could scrounge something up from our kitchen.The second time it was about 12 pm on a Friday. I finished placing the order and went back to work.At 1 pm, I realized I still hadn't gotten my food delivered, so I checked the order. IT HADN'T BEEN MADE UNTIL 12:51 PM. I consoled myself by the fact that we live relatively close to the store, so the delivery should be here any minute. So we waited.... and waited... and waited... At about 1:35 our order FINALLY arrived, dropped on my doorstep while the delivery person sprinted back to their car.Jimmy John's "Freaky Fast" delivery ONLY took 1 HOUR and 35 MINUTES TO ARRIVE.I verified on Google Maps, I could quite literally have walked to the store, ordered, eaten, and walked home in the amount of time it took for my order to be delivered.My guess is the location is under staffed and the owners are just content that people keep ordering. Maybe dropping rankings will inspire them to invest a bit more in the location to improve the situation.

When I entered I was to made feel like I was inconveniencing the employees. Then once I sat to eat they turned music on so loud I could barely talk. Then every time someone left they just sat back down on there phones.

Ordered delivery and waited for over an hour and still received no food. Called several times and got no answer. I had to drive to the store, which defeated the purpose of ordering delivery to request a refund. When I got in the store, there were several receipts from unmade sandwiches, including one of course... yet only 1 customer in the store. Beyond ridiculous experience. If you only have 1 person in the store, you should turn off delivery!

I come here often as I work in the area. The store is clean. The food is what you would expect from Jimmy John’s. Decent quality added good price. My only issue with this particular store is. that almost every time the staff look like they’ve just been given some really bad news or just are having a bad day never smiling rarely greeting customers and make the customer feel like they’re doing a favor by taking their order. I’ve hesitated to write this review only because I don’t want to be judging the store from one experience. this is from more than 6+ visits to the store and consistently getting the same reception. I make an effort to let the staff know that it’s not professional and not good and give them fun and constructive feedback. And even made jokes about it, too, catch their attention, but I shouldn’t have to do that to make them smile and be welcoming. We all have lots of choices to wear to get food and this is a core issue in this neighborhood with many of the businesses but in particular this, Jimmy John’s, I hope that some changes could be made based on this feedback as I do enjoy the food, but I will be looking elsewhere if no changes are made.

We should have just gone to our local Jimmy Johns in Kentucky, but we came up to this location because it was on our way to where we were going today. We ordered 2 customized #10s and normally have no issues, but this time we got 2 of the same sandwich instead of our own sandwiches. One was supposed to have tomato and both did not. We hadn't even left the parking lot so my wife went back inside and was told "well we didn't mark them, you have to open them to tell them apart" when that's exactly what we had done because they weren't marked. One of the girls working there started remaking my sandwich while the guy just kept giving my wife attitude trying to make her feel like she was in the wrong.

Ate here recently when another restaurant next door was apparently closed w/ no updates to GMaps or their app.Food was up to JJ's standard, and the staff was very pleasant.Location was clean and had lots of seating in it if you want to eat there.

Store very recently re-opened and already is infested with careless management.When people ask you questions you don’t have answers to, or don’t have answers you expect that person to like to hear - you don’t lie to them just to brush them off.

great service! the food was great, bread was soft but the only reason i'm giving it 4 stars is because of the frozen lettuce and tomatoes. bathrooms are nice and clean that's also a plus.
