i had a doordash to pick up and i pulled up to the window and she disrespectfully cut me off and told me where closed then i tried to explain that i had an order and she cut me off again and told me to cancel it and leave lmao if they keep a atmosphere like this they wont get service

Forgot to put half of our order in the bag for a mobile order. When I called, no offer to remake fresh since I’d have to return. Decided not to return anyway because the food was so gross. I normally LOVE KFC original recipe. I’m guessing the oil was filthy because the chicken was deep dark brown, almost black (without being burnt), and it was disgusting. I have three teenagers, and even they wouldn’t eat it. We threw it away and walked to a local takeout place in our neighborhood.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC today. I placed a simple order for 12 chicken nuggets and 1 fries, and the app showed my order as ready for pickup. However, I ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes.
What made it more frustrating was that several customers who came after me, including those with larger and bulk orders, were served before me and left while I was still waiting. I kept checking with the staff, but there was no clear explanation for the delay.
For such a small and simple order, this long wait time is unacceptable. If the order is not actually ready, the system should not show it as ready for pickup. Better communication and order handling is definitely needed.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Didn't know chicken was supposed to be grilled to the point where it feels like im chewing on rocks, chicken was visibly over cooked to the point I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs I will not be coming back

I have nothing to complain about the actual food but the customer service is insane now let me say that being short staffed is understandable and if you COMMUNICATE That people wouldn’t get so upset when your taking 20-30+ mins for an order I have doordasbed from her and they were extremely rude to my door dasher an the others as they said “you can all just cancel these orders if you want to” bc DoorDash isn’t a priority but 20-30 mins for barely any food is crazy!

I got a 3$ steak burrito that's was good but they didn't take my free taco coupon. The older guy who took my order was friendly but the restroom was a mess and need to be cleaned. I had to tell them the women's bathroom was out of toilet tissue
