I write this message with love and I hope it finds the management with respect. I love Luscious Q and I vouch for them in every way possible. Unfortunately the Norwood site hasn’t been as consistent with the product as it is at the OTR site. The brisket has been dry on more than one occasion and as of last week the collards that I love most have not been good. Delicious! Brisket was so flavorful and juicy did not need sauce. Smoked sausage is solid, just a nip of spice, good smoke and great flavor.Service was super friendly and helpful.We will be back!
The food is great. The hot mess fries with queso corn pulled pork and fries was amazing. The brisket is also some of the best brisket I have had in Cincinnati. We had an issue with the food and the man behind the counter was so incredibly kind and fixed the mistake. The staff is so kind and genuine whenever we have been.
