Was screamed at in the drive thru because I told them they gave the wrong food to get home and got a mayonnaise sandwich with a side of chicken on top of both of my happy meals were wrong. I really wish people cared about others peoples food or hard earned money.

1 star is too much.... but it's required. There was one lady was particularly rude for no reason at all. Refused to give a side of special requests, spicy pepper sauce. She asked if we were the mobile order, when we answered yes she said NO! Guess a 40pc 2 medium fries really had her upset 😡 😕.
Frequently get Uber orders from here too as we deliver. She works late nights and is always rude.

Worst McDonalds ever. I ordered through the app and then I get to the drive through and they tell me the ice cream machine is broken. Then they wouldn’t give me a refund. Had to wait for the manager and he asked for the card that paid for the food. I handed him the card hooked up to the app and he said he refunded me. He didn’t. They literally robbed me, do NOT go here.

The breakfast crew is AMAZING which is the only reason the service is getting a 2. The food half of the time Isn't fully made OR I'm missing items, or I've gotten the wrong item. A lot of the staff don't care and are rude. Again, breakfast crew is great though, and if you're looking for a quick warm breakfast, go in the morning.

There is a payment point or that there are no certain things for people to leave without buying and there is no one to make a claim to nothing happens please have something

The food was freaking cold and they forgot my chicken nuggets. Also these middle schoolers are so chaotic and loud and annoying. Do something about these kids. They blew up some type of fireworks inside of that mcdonald's.
