I usually have a smooth experience using the mobile app, but this visit on January 3rd around 11:00 PM was uncomfortable. When I pulled up to the window and said hi, the employee didn’t respond and asked “what did you have?” in a rude tone. When I answered that I had a McFlurry, she laughed in a way that felt mocking rather than professional.
I understand confirming orders if there’s an issue, but this location has never asked me to state my mobile order before—they normally confirm it themselves at the window. The attitude and behavior were unnecessary and made the interaction awkward. Customer service matters, even for quick drive-thru orders. I hope this is addressed.

I know they just open but if they don’t have everything ready why open until you have everything set up(app/everything available)!!! Also I have high hopes that they get their shit together and do better than they have in this first week. 😣

Very un organized staff had no clue staff dressed and serving in street clothes waited 4o minutes for a bacon and egg mcmuffin it was cold and missing bacon am I loving mcdonalds hell no get it together or your not going to last in a small town your competitor is just up the road I realize it's new years day maybe you should stay closed until your more organized

Ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks this afternoon around noon on 12/4/25. Got 3 meals, 4 drinks and no straws. Used the Door Dash app, but there’s literally a whole meal missing. Please fix this.

I grew up in Norwood, I still work in Norwood. This shouldn’t be hard to miss. Thank you.

I just want to say never again! I’m very disappointed at this location. I ordered through the app today (11/21/25) sometime around 1pm. I order here frequently so I have spent plenty of money here. It’s a shame because I went to pick it up at the drive thru and they had an error on THEIR end. They told me to pull to the second window and I was met with an attitude from the employee.

This part of the review is for the lady at the second window, just quit your job. Seriously, you look miserable and even though you were nasty to me, I hope you go find something else that makes you happy because customer service is not your thing girl. Thanks for ruining this location for me.

Norwood location young man that took the order was very pleasant. Of course they had staff in the back and he was discussing Bengals and so he was cutting up but it was great all in fun and good giggles. 10/26/25 9:01pm And I'm so grateful they were open. We were just coming in from Chicago so I had to use the bathroom so bad and plus it had me a $5 bag with a double cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, french fries, cider tartar and a Hi-C and it definitely came in order and that was my dinner thanks to my daughter and thanks to your team. Everybody was upbeat at that time of the hour and pleasant so thanks, Norwood!

I genuinely don’t know how the reviews here aren’t better?! I’ve had nothing but great experiences here — I regularly come here and everyone that works here has always been incredibly kind.

When I go to Starbucks, I feel like they hate me because they’re so rude but the people here are the opposite. Yeah, a few things have been missing from orders from time to time but they do it right WAY more often than not. And the drive thru moves very quick compared to other locations. I typically come at night and the night crew is wonderful. Give them a raise!! They’re doing great!!
