Kung Pao Chicken and Sesame Chicken were both delicious. Unfortunately, they were both served a little warmer than room temp. The server took them back and re-heated them (I guess) and we were happy after that.

P.F. Chang’s in Rookwood is one of my favorite restaurants - it never disappoints! Great ambiance, attentive, friendly servers, and the food is always top-notch. You HAVE to try their cheesecake - best in the city in my opinion! I recently took family visiting from out of town to dinner here and everyone raved about their food. We had a lovely experience, and the manager, Brendan, was so accommodating and made sure we were happy with everything.
Customer service is always friendly and polite, clean restaurant and food never dissapoints my taste buds. Amber thanks for your smile and good attitude.

Our server Chavez was awesome, we don't fault him at all. Everything else, nothing to do with him, not so much. It's been a couple of years since our last visit here. Came to celebrate a birthday. Overall food quality and atmosphere have gone way downhill. Our booth's tabletop had splinters on the surface from years of water damage that should have been replaced long ago. The gluten-free beef and broccoli order was like eating nothing but salt. The server kindly replaced it with gluten-free Mongolian beef. The sauce was so overwhelming that I couldn't finish it. Ordered a gluten-free chocolate dessert and specified no ice cream as we can't eat dairy. Well turned out this dessert contains milk, looked it up after we got home. Also, the gluten-free dinners contain milk. To top it all off I was stuck in the men's restroom middle stall for a few extra minutes as the door wouldn't open. Panic immediately set in. I had to ram my shoulder really hard into it to bust it open. I'm sure they know about this issue but neglect to do anything about it. Please do better.
