This is the second time that I’ve been to this location and I have been impressed both times! I love the piadas and they always give hearty portions of protein. I’ll be back!!!

I love going to the Norwood store vs. the other location close to me. They have friendlier employees than the other location near me. I will pass the local Piada location to go to this location! Piada is in my top 3 of fast food restaurants. Try the Farmer’s Market salad. I was pleasantly surprised.

Parking: I hardly ever have a problem with parking and have only had to park outside of their main parking lot maybe twice, and that was during lunchtime.

Today 12/22/2024 was in there for lunch with her friend. She called me from a neighbor's phone to tell me she may have left it there. I called the restaurant and the chef answered. We got disconnected some how and he called me back. He checked the dining room area for her phone and even volunteered to check the parking lot. Talk about great customer service. The phone as located prior to him having to go outside thankfully. I didn't catch his name, but I wanted him to know we truly appreciated his kindness!

Clean and well organized. Protein portions are really disappointing :( if I order a blt Piada, a teaspoon of bacon crumbles is robbery. Bait to get you to pay double for a regular portion

Pasta appeared cold (looked dry) and selected penne instead. The pasta that fell outside the pot onto the warm table picked it up and put the contaminated piece back into the pot with the previously cooked pasta. I thought that was so disgusting. And the minimized even Distributing the sauce to the customer customers. Based on the fact that you're spending at least $15 a bowl. I think that it should be ok to add a little more sauce, and I already dried looking pasta. The most customer friendly person was the actual cashier. A young African-American woman who was very cordial. The rest of the staff was pretty dry, just like the food 😞

Norwood location is awesome! Food was delicious, great menu, and the staff is absolutely kind and professional. Elia especially took care of us, thank you!!! Definitely recommend this Piada, and has plenty of parking!
