Just left the Norwood location and it was a great experience! The food was amazing and the service was nothing short of perfect! The staff was extremely personable and very inviting. It was the first time my girlfriend and I had been there and Ethan made sure that we were well taken care of! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!!

I love going to the Norwood store vs. the other location close to me. They have friendlier employees than the other location near me. I will pass the local Piada location to go to this location! Piada is in my top 3 of fast food restaurants. Try the Farmer’s Market salad. I was pleasantly surprised.

Parking: I hardly ever have a problem with parking and have only had to park outside of their main parking lot maybe twice, and that was during lunchtime.

Today 12/22/2024 was in there for lunch with her friend. She called me from a neighbor's phone to tell me she may have left it there. I called the restaurant and the chef answered. We got disconnected some how and he called me back. He checked the dining room area for her phone and even volunteered to check the parking lot. Talk about great customer service. The phone as located prior to him having to go outside thankfully. I didn't catch his name, but I wanted him to...
