Horrible, was delivered the wrong order with the wrong address, the driver sat my delivery on the ground in the rain, called the store to see how we could get a refund, the manager was rude and said we needed to call in the morning to get a store credit from the GM, now we're sitting here with two random pizzas that none of us eat! Horrible, horrible service. I understand that stores get busy but he didn't even try to help, then had the audacity to get smart with me. If there was an option to give negative stars, I would give a negative five!
Pizza was 2 hours late when I called to complain they refused to do anything to make it right and hung up on me.

Maybe it's me but it's gotten over expensive. It cost me $43 for a large pizza in 18 wings. It's not even Super Bowl weekend lol!

I placed a delivery order and an hour later. They were still waiting on a DoorDash driver to come pick it up. It’s ridiculous that these stupid restaurants can’t have their actual delivery. Driver is bringing your food. You have to depend on DoorDash for everything. I will not order from this place again. This is the second time that this has happened.
MY ORDER BECAME NO EXISTENT TWICE. THE LADY ON PHONE WAS RUDE UNWILLING TO ASSIST JUST DISMISSED SO…. I ASK HER NAME TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!! Y’ALL THIS CHIC WAS A MANAGER!? IF YOU LOVE PIZZA HUT LIKE ME DO NOT ORDER HERE! ? STEPHANIE IS COMFORTABLE TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION ?

Fount 7 cockroaches in our pizza guy says at the store I'm not responsible for that u need call 1-800 number I said buddy are u serious he said yes hung up .
On 8-26-2024 this place needs closed down.
I Ordered a Pizza for Delivery. It never arrived. I called the location. A person who could really not speak English told me that my Pizza was delivered. I called again and got the same person & answer. The next day, I called the location & asked to speak to the Manager. I told him what had happened & that $15 was not going to break me, I just wanted him to know how his business was being handled. He apologized & said he would refund my $15.
To date, that has not happened.
Again… this is not about the $15. It’s about my experience with this location , if anyone cares

I ordered a delivery order via the App. Order was suppose to arrive at 7p. Around 720p, I called to see what was going on, I was told me order was delivered. When I called the store directly the so called “manager” on duty, told me he delivered my food, and left it in the table in my porch. I don’t have a table on porch, I told him, he left it at the wrong house. But I never asked for a “contactless” order, so I don’t know why this “manager” did not ring the doorbell. I told the “manager”, don’t worry about it, I had somewhere to go, just refund me the money. I was told NO & that they could NOT refund my money!! He would just bring me a new pizza, but I was already running late to my event. But he continued to REFUSE to refund my money. I asked who was the Store Manager and was told they couldn’t provide me with that info. I called the customer service number and was given the run around as well, I was told that someone would call me about the issue. It’s been 3 business days, going on 4 business days and no one from Pizza Hut has called me back. At 7:51p when I was heading out the door to go to my event, that “manager” who took my pizza to the wrong house, pulled up, blocked me off and handed me the cold pizza he must have went back to the house he left it at and brought it to me. And continued to apologize, he told me he contacted the Store Manager about it. But the fact that no one called me since then, let’s me know he was untruthful. I took his pic bc when I called about getting the store manager info, they told me, that was a doordash driver who took it to the wrong home and it was nothing they could do about a refund. But this “manager” showed up to my house with a Pizza Hut hat, didn’t look like a doordasher to me. Pizza Hut messed up with my order and made me take the lost by refusing to give me a refund and forced me to take a 51min late delivery, with a pizza that was left out on someone else porch for 51 minutes.
