I had the pleasure of trying the Jerk Chicken Quesadilla from Shango’s Urban Taqueria at The Gatherall at Factory 52, and wow – this was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten! The smoked jerk chicken combined with pico, fire-roasted corn, and melty chihuahua cheese, all topped with their amazing DRIP Sauce, made for an unforgettable flavor experience.
On top of the incredible food, the service was fast, friendly, and truly accommodating. Shango’s is a gem that I can’t recommend enough, both for the food and the wonderful service. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it!

Absolutely incredible food that is only surpassed by their absolutely incredible service!!! They were apparently testing a QR code for a few hours the other day at their location in Factory 52… I had saved it and tried to order delivery from it tonight. What I didn’t know is that they had stopped using the platform that the QR code linked to after the first 5hrs of it being operational because it had payment processing. They drove my order out to me even though they had cancelled the service I had tried to order through and let me pay via Apple Cash! Absolutely incredible, good people with incredible service and fantastic food to match!

I throughly enjoyed my meal. The tortilla chips cut and fried in house are some of the best I have had. And the Munch Punch was amazing.
Half hour wait for 3 tacos, chips and salsa was disappointing! This order was for 11/2/24. Yes no text was received but got it for the other establishments on same number. And when I went up to the counter after waiting a half hour waiting. The gentleman at the counter had to give to the back and put it together himself.

I got the Buddy B and son of Sori tacos and they are easily the best fish tacos I’ve ever had, they prepared the tacos so nicely and the people were so considerate, I would recommend to anyone who loves tacos!
