Shangos has the best wings in Cincinnati hands down. I fly from NY 2-3 times per year just to get the Jerk smoked wings, jerk chicken nachos, fish tacos and my fav drink the blue dreamsicle . Ian has the best customer service and is such the sweetest boy. I love the everything about this restaurant, cant wait to come back

This company thought it was okay to start texting me promotional messages entirely unsolicited out of the blue. That is enough to warrant a 1 star from me. My personal cell phone is not your public message board. No clue about the food and have no intention of trying it now. I think my daughter ordered nachos from here a long time ago and put in my cell phone number to text when it's ready. Very unprofessional.

(Owner: please adjust your messaging to say so because I’ve never seen anything smaller than Taco Bell size for Taco Tuesdays.) On a plus note, the staff were exceptionally nice. Wish I’d taken a photo to explain myself experience!
