Shangos has the best wings in Cincinnati hands down. I fly from NY 2-3 times per year just to get the Jerk smoked wings, jerk chicken nachos, fish tacos and my fav drink the blue dreamsicle . Ian has the best customer service and is such the sweetest boy. I love the everything about this restaurant, cant wait to come back

Ian customer service is amazing! He served us our jerk wings and then walked to our table to ask us how the food was and to see if we needed anything else. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUNG MAN.

Taco Tuesday: Tacos are TINY and definitely not worth their reduced price of $2.75 - $3.25. Think of them as miniature SAMPLES. (Owner: please adjust your messaging to say so because I’ve never seen anything smaller than Taco Bell size for Taco Tuesdays.) On a plus note, the staff were exceptionally nice. Wish I’d taken a photo to explain myself experience!
