Usually I am given a decent service but this morning while I was giving my order, the employee began to judge my order and when I asked for a grilled cheese she responded in a condescending manner "isn't a bit early for a grilled cheese", looked at her watch, told me the time, and tried to shame me for my order remarking that she would never eat something like that in the morning, and grudgingly prepared my order. It made me feel shamed and disgusted and I had trouble enjoying my coffee and sandwich when I was finally given my order. Please do not ever shame your customers when ordering, do not opinionate or embarass them into changing their mind/order. Who knows if someone is trying to improve their relationship with food, that is not your place to speak.

The employees here are always kind and provide excellent service. 5 stars for service! However, I have repeatedly gotten cold brew orders that have been swapped, without my consent, to iced coffee. Their iced coffee is atrocious. It does not remotely taste like cold brew. But it seems this location runs out of cold brew often, and they have been swapping it out without consulting. At this point, I have been charged for a cold brew that has been swapped for an iced coffee three times now. I have not been refunded for any of them. I will not be giving this another shot.

Give it this rate because all the other servers were great . But Tim is rude as hell in the morning. As a customer I shouldnt have to care if he isn't a morning person, it's his job. But feeling like your not entitled to say excuse me in the morning is a big issue.
