The employees in the Norwood Taco Bell don't seem to have any training. I watch one behind the counter who was so rude and unfriendly. They are now charging .60 cents for a glass of water. I did order food. There is no reason to charge a paying customer for a glass of water. I have had multiple bad experiences here. I don't plan on returning to the Norwood Taco Bell anytime soon.

The absolute worst experience tonight ever. First, I didn't receive any sauces I asked for and my Chicken flatbread melt wasn't put in the bag but these are things I was willing to ignore but then I bite my Crunchwrap Supreme. . Not a single piece of meat then I kept going it wasn't until I got to my 4th bite did I start to see little pieces of meat . Then to add insult to injury I ordered 3 drinks two were correct but the third was completely out of left field as if I wasn't sure what I was ordering. DO BETTER TACO BELL .
P.s. no straws for my drinks the lettuce smell weird

The food is fine but the staff is hit or miss. Earlier shifts are fine, I can get through the drive-thru without feeling like a nuisance. Night shift can range from rude to hostile. Expect some passive aggressiveness or rolling of eyes at minimum.

Annoying and not worth visiting. They defacto shut down the drive thru at night. They don’t answer the drive thru speaker and wait for you to give up. Which is annoying when you get caught between cars in the drive thru because of it.
