Mobile ordered for pickup, a spicy chicken sandwich, no pickles to be picked up at 5:30. I wanted to see how early they'd have the food ready so, I walked in at 5:19 and low and behold my order sitting behind the counter. Drinks and all. I know the bag was mine because I could see my name on the sticker receipt. If I had waited until the actual pickup time, my food and drink would have been sitting there for 11+ minutes. The temperature of the food was great! Hot and actually juicy! Unfortunately, the amount of spicy mayo that was applied to each bun made it just inedible for me. Between the spice level and the amount of mayo, I just couldn't do it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My mom asked a question about whether it was the KFC or Taco Bell that was open, and the cashier yelled at her and practically verbally assaulted her. Yelled at her that they were closed and told her to “go on”. How did you get a job with an attitude like that?

Took my kids here after my sons soccer practice. Staff was just rude! Waited 5 minutes before someone took my order in the drive thru. When I got my food the man working the window basically just threw the bag at me! Not to mention, my kids said their tacos were soggy!

It was horrible. I waited for 1 hour for the food I ordered in the app . They were arguing about chicken, which they ran out of . They stopped taking orders. People were leaving it was crazy. I would have left, but I had already paid.

If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. It’s no way there’s an attitude problem and lack of prepping the food because it was already bad enough one girl had an attitude problem last night in the line, now you got ppl with attitudes taking orders here and it most definitely wasn’t the first time. They can’t even make two simple cheese roll ups with little cheese and can’t even make or cut a quesadilla right but to chew on a piece of hard bone or material made me cool on this entire store. People say Roselawn is bad but Norwoods location is just as bad.
