it's like the food court at the mall but better food. No signage to find the place but i was told to go to Factory 52 not Gatherall. Parking in a lot accross the space. I wouldn't have found it if I hadn't seen a friend in the lot to guide me.

I am here visiting from out of town. Came last night and had fantastic vegan food for dinner from the Melt. I tried coming again this evening, driving from about 20min away to get more from the Melt place. I show up at 802 to the window and the employee tells me they are closed. Signs on registers and definitely did not shut it all down 2min before I got there. That kitchen had been closed. The gatherall food hall has a closing time of 9p online. If the Melt place wants to close early for whatever reason, can you please make that clear on the Google details? I appreciate the variety of options at Gatherall, so we got delicious Indian food and Mediterranean food from Tikka Express and Simon Pure. Overall the food court is amazing, but the Melt needs to either have the same closing time as the rest or make their difference in hours clear online.

I love the cuisine variety here; it beats a lot of food halls I've been to. They have healthy, indulgent, and everything in between, and they can accommodate most moods. It's still relatively new and growing, so there's even more potential. They have a coffee shop, brewery, and several dessert options, too. From what I've tried so far, I've had great food, good food, and okay food, so mileage varies. It's a spacious place inside and out. It's very lively on the weekends, but finding a place to sit isn't impossible, even when it's really crowded. They have covered and uncovered patio seating. There's public WiFi. Overall, it's a clean place, bathrooms included, from my few visits. This is a huge gem to have in Factory 52, especially since there aren't many local restaurants in the surrounding area.

So many great options here. You can go have a drink or beer at the Fretboard Brewery or sit at the bar inside the food court. You can order your food, grab it and either eat it in the Brewery or at any of the many food court tables.

VERY disappointed in this food hall. I moved to Factory 52 and was very excited about having onsite food and coffee. But this whole place is a dismal failure. Every business I've like has failed and left. First, the stir fry place - just disappeared. Now, the coffee shop - which I believe was a big draw for a lot of us - is gone. On the rare occasion that I try anything there now, it's usually disappointing. Inconsistent quality and/or portions, out of food, long waits, or closed. Residents are supposed to get a discount at all vendors, but that's inconsistent too. They clearly do not want to give discounts, they don't speak English, they don't know how to ring it, or all of the above.
If you want to keep the local vibe, then go for companies that have a long-standing reputation of how to provide good food and service. LaRosa's Pizzeria, Skyline Chili, Aglamesis Bro's Ice Cream and Candy, United Dairy Farmers just to name a few. The vendors in this place make for a very unsatisfactory experience.
What a great atmosphere! There are lots of different restaurants, so you can walk around and get whatever food do you like and they text you when you need to go pick it up. What a great concept with lots of common sitting areas so you can join friends. There are so many things to do and see we didn't even get to do it all. We will be back!

I ordered delivery from two establishments and then watched as the contracted DoorDash driver fumbled around for a half hour and eventually cancel the order. Even though the issue was with DoorDash and not The Gatherall, the staff was extremely apologetic and remade my order. Thank you for the great meal and excellent customer service!
