Very kind man when I came to grab my food from the counter. My mango smoothie was good it tasted fresh and light! I got the verde flatbread so good pesto was amazing. The flatbread itself was airy and so good. The roasted potatoes were also great and they smoked ketchup was a game changer. My first time eating here but will be back. Everything was so fresh

Love the vegan Rachel but unfortunately when I arrived to pick up my sandwich today, I saw the person behind the counter not wearing gloves and using their bare hands to put the pickled cabbage on the sandwich. I politely told the worker I did not want the sandwich because of how unsanitary that was.

Got the breakfast burrito with eggs, beans and potato which comes with a salsa in a chili tortilla wrap. Eggs were cooked well, wrap and salsa were quite good. The beans and oven roasted potatoes were both bland and had the same texture. Salsa saved the meal.

I saw at least two customers browse the menu and walk away. The crew didn’t greet them and offer any help. Chatting amongst yourselves is not a welcoming sign.

Also if I’m tipping 20 pc I expect food to be brought to the table. Why are we still being asked for tips for fast food since Covid has long ended?

Some of my favorite food in Cincinnati! I love all of the vegetarian options, especially the chili. I appreciate that there are several choices for gluten-free vegetarians. Menus are clearly labeled for people with dietary restrictions. Everything I’ve had has been great!

I’m on a plant based diet no dairy no oil. They had lots of vegan options and modified those to meet my needs. Smoothies were delicious and so were salads. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Located in the Gatherall foodcourt at Factory 52. I ordered the Rachel, and it was delicious! It came with a side, and I chose the chips and salsa. The salsa was good, but I was not a fan of the chips. I'll try another side next time.

Phenomenal! I am a sucker for a veggie cheesesteak. This is one of my new favorites. Love that I could get chips & salsa as a side. The bread they use is THE BEST. Perfectly toasted. Stellar service, food, & vibe. Very polite staff. Thanks for the wonderful experience !

Wow I tried the vegan cheesesteak and I am so impressed it was really delicious. Blueberry smoothie was good too! Order was made quickly and with love!
