Service is always good but every time I come here my nuggets are stale and the fresh are always cold limp and old looking

Got here during the lunch. Rush waited over 45 minutes between entering the line and getting my food employees were talking. The entire time my order was incorrect. I ordered a strawberry swirl. I got a vanilla frosty with some strawberry mixed in at the top.
The burger was hard ans dry the frys were stale
Don't go here.The employee's are.Terrible, lazy and too busy with what's going on inside the building to get your food order, correct

Update i just took everything back and requested a refund the manager wasn't there the assistant manager Allysa was doing her best but couldn't issue a refund ( what's the point in having an assistant manager?If they can't take care of things like this.I mean I find this ridiculous)
If you do have an issue, alyssa did everything she could took down my phone number called the manager and told me I could come back tomorrow to get my issue refunded. Thank you again, Alyssa for your assistance. You were amazing.

Y’all save your $$. Trust me with your whole heart. Please don’t waste your time or money at Norwood Ohio Wendy’s! The food they put out is so bad, cold, nasty, hard buns and they told me ALL their buns are like this right now! I wouldn’t feed it to my dog or even someone I didn’t like. . I swear.

Worst Wendy’s experience ever at this location. Highly recommend they fire everyone and shut this location down as they will only hurt the brand and push customers away from all Wendy’s. Manger on duty shouldn’t have a job anywhere as she is rude and doesn’t seem to care about her job at all.

Drive thru. I order 2 jr hamburgers ketchup only and a chicken tender meal. They make me pull forward for my chicken tenders. After ten minutes i finally get my order. No straws for drinks. The guy leaves and doesn’t acknowledge me until he is halfway back inside. Comes back out with an attitude, i let him know my jr. hamburgers are incorrect and my fries are cold and rock hard and he continues to walk away from me while I’m talking. He doesn’t even how they are supposed to be made so how is he going to come back with the correct items?
Comes back with new items and tells me they were ordered wrong….
Im like no, i ordered them with ketchup only, the cashier rang them wrong because she interrupted me so i had to repeat it 3 times.
Ill never come back to this location.

VERY SLOW EVERYTIME I go they are always playing not taking orders then can’t find the online order because they are playing then when they can find it I am waiting 15 minutes just for nuggets. When the food comes out it is now cold also without sauce.

They do not know how to talk to people At the drive thru window. I was there Saturday and I don't think am going back there anymore. I never encounter anything like that at McDonald's

They did not have frosties, or Chicken when my grandma asked for a chicken sandwich and yet I got chicken nuggets in my biggie bag. The front was closed and the employee tapped her fingernails against the glass when we weren't paying attention for a second for us to pick up our drink. We had to wait forever for someone to actually get on the speaker for the drive-thru and after they did they said what can I get for you and then said one moment and we had to wait more. The fries were scattered all along the bag and the wrapper on the burger was wet.

I don’t understand how the Norwood Wendy’s is still open.
The service has always been bad.
It continues to get worse by the day.
I walked into the dining room to order something to eat and I was told that they were only taking drive thru orders. It was just a few minutes before 7:00 pm.
I walked into and it is ridiculous that they were only taking drive thru orders.
I encourage everyone to just drive pass the Norwood Wendy’s .

If you're going to be open late, you need to be properly staffed for it . It took me over 20 minutes just to order my food tonight. It was 3 hours before close and half of the menu items seemed to be out of stock
