Literally have been in line for an hour. You can’t leave the food line even if you wanted to because you are forced to drive in a one lane road. Workers are just slowly walking around and laughing while each car waits an hour in line.

Worst White Castle in Cincy/Dayton area. Dirty, slow and rude. The manager (long dreads) seemed to know what he was supposed to do when telling employees but telling the girl in the lobby “ make sure wet floor signs are out” but ignore her playing on her phone for an hour is ridiculous. Took forever to get food (45 mins for a crave case) the emp were wearing music headphones plus a speaker blasting for the manager to sing to while poking around making food. Will not return!

This White Castle may as well be closed. Good luck getting any kind of customer service. They do not know how to prepare the food. This should be shut down. Go to Hook fish and Chicken. They actually know what they're doing, and they love customers.

Incredibly slow, got our order wrong, sliders were very soggy and gave me a terrible stomach ache. Soda was even funky tasting.They place was dirty looking too. Looked like someone wiped the table with a dirty rag. Will never go to any white castle restaurant again after this terrible experience and I have always loved it.

I don't think the wide dark skinned lady that was standing around on her phone couldn't have been less enthusiastic about being at work. Not a good representation of a woman or worker, at all, she watched her co worker make all orders while there was a line.
I don't care if there is one car or 20 it will still take a hour to get your food. I have currently been trapped in the drive through for 57 min.
