Bro I swear, every single time and I mean literally every single time I order from a Wingstop through Uber eats, something is always missing. And I always get the same thing, the two person 20 Wing deal with the large fry, and then I get 10 more wings on top of it. The last time I was missing the whole cheese fries even though it's a part of the deal and this time? Missing 10 of my lemon pepper wings. And for whatever reason Uber eats says that having all of that be missing doesn't meet refund criteria so they only give you a couple dollars in Uber credits. It's like they fill up the large delivery bag and if it's too full, they just don't bother with putting the last box in another smaller bag.

I had an amazing experience at this Wingstop thanks to Latisha! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a positive attitude and took care of my order with professionalism and patience. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it.
Latisha truly went above and beyond — her customer service is outstanding. It’s rare to meet someone who treats every customer with genuine kindness, and she made my visit feel appreciated.
Wingstop is lucky to have someone like her! I’ll definitely be returning because of the service she provided.

I bought a 6 piece tender for 2 people! Only got 4 tenders! 2 hot honey with no seasoning! 2 haunted habanero they didn’t even bother tossing it!!! What is this corn!! Only thing that is good is the fry’s!!!

The fries were soggy and cold but the wings were okay I guess. It was a long wait for the order to be ready so it took about maybe 20-30 mins. Am I going to come back to that location again? Probably not.

Wings are small. Chicken dried out/over cooked. Not much sauce even when asked to make them wet.
Service was bad, they didn't have cheese sauce and acted like it was a hassle to fill it even though I paid for sauce.

Not likely to go back.

The workers here don't seem to know what they're doing. Came in for a lunch break with a limited amount of time. Placed an order for three people. 20 minutes go by, our order shows ready on the screen and a worker tells me theyve only just put the fries in. We decide to leave because we don't have time but will never be back.

Unfortunately our order wasn't processed by the staff in a timely manner and we had to leave without it complete. Seems as though fries ought to begin being cooked as soon as ordered and not 20 minutes later when the customer is asking for the food order

Placed a carry out order today and when I arrived home ( about 20 minutes away), I noticed that I am missing five wings. I ordered Ten Hot Lemon, five Spicy Korean, and five Lemon Pepper. Needless to say, I didn’t receive any Hot Lemon wings ( my primary purpose for going since it’s a new flavor). My order consisted of five Spicy Korean and five Lemon Pepper, only. $26 straight down the drain and I am livid! Of course no one answers the phone and this particular location is not listed under the drop-down menu online so filing a complaint online is impossible. This location hasn’t been open long but if they keep up with this nonsense, it won’t flourish at all.

1st time at Norwood location after years of ordering at wingstop and YUCK YUCK YUCK! I specifically asked for well done wings and these were not done even regularly! I asked for extra seasoning and wet and when I pulled the wings out of the bag, there was enough grease in the bottom of the containers that they spilled all over my clothes when i simply took them out the bag. The containers were filled up halfway with whatever grease: I had to pour them out of the containers which left me soggy nasty undone chicken. I am SO disappointed and will never step foot back into this particular wingstop
