Went through drive thru....for the second time had to deal with coming in or backing up to get food...always happens in the evenings not in the morning ever...people are rude and dismissive in the evening ...rather would have someone shut the door than the rudeness

I was dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. We are roadtripping. I am diabetic and it was lunchtime. There were approximately 6-10 working. I was told cash only , card readers not working, computers not working. I ordered a big Mac value meal and a plain cheeseburger. Yet I saw three people place large orders and receive their food before me. I was not given a receipt and when i expressed concern she said they needed it to make my order because screens were not populating in the back. Although i could see the screen showing order numbers.Oh and those three people I mentioned earlier were addressed by first name. I assume I was so rudely treated because I was a stranger. The food was excellent! It was obvious computers were not down, internet was down. The people who were filling orders kept bringing partial orders to the front instead of doing full.orders. I was asked three times what I was waiting on. I did not even know my order number for reference If I ever travel through this town again I will NOT go to this McDonalds simply because of the customer service and disorganization for handling a problem.

This is second time this has happened.went through drive through drive thru about 7am on 2/28/25,ordered bacon,egg cheese bagel,start down the road open it,the bagel is burnt beyond burnt,so I have to turn around drive back,go in,manager acts like it’s no big deal and gives me a extra piece of bacon for my troubles.the person who made this new it wasn’t edible,they just sent it out the drive thru thinking I wouldn’t come back.For $5 plus dollars I expect more.I would not have fed that to a dog

I stopped by the Oak Hill, Oh store. My order was placed and I observed a employee adjust her pants and then roll a breakfast Barrito with out the using the gloves they are given. I told another employee which she asked a manager to come over and she stated that she will look into it. This was at 957am this morning.

I would recommend whoever goes here to eat, not to eat here, they hardly ever clean the grills, they hardly change the grill's teflon's, they hardly clean the deep friers, the floors are gross, some of the people that work there are alright, but management lacks communication, they're unfair, not to mention the cockroaches that like to roam, y'all should have already known that, though. You're going to a cheap location in the middle of Oak Hill.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD, order was a small Carmel frappe with a chicken sandwhich, and when I tell you this food was so good, it made me want to move just to this town to eat here, amazing and quick service, food warm and drink cold, absolutely taken back by how fresh the food was, the mcdonalds in hurricane cant even compete with this amazing performance. FIVE STARS!

Bunch of kids who either can't read or don't care! NO CHEESE means NO CHEESE! Only saving grace was the (did not get her name) female manager who made it right when l brought messed up order back. Still should have been made right from the start. Getting home only to have to return to complain only makes it worse. Thank you to the manager though. She was nice.

We go here bc its close by, the food ok but order is often messed up. Staff doesn't care, and the owner is more concerned about his bottom line than the quality of service or accuracy. I recommend going elsewhere.
