We go here bc its close by, the food ok but order is often messed up. Staff doesn't care, and the owner is more concerned about his bottom line than the quality of service or accuracy. I recommend going elsewhere.

This was possibly the best trips to McDonald's I have had in the recent 10yrs. The food was all fresh. The staff members were happy, and smiling. The food, seriously, the food, it was spot on. The Big Mac sandwiches were picture perfect. Oh, and the fries, the reason I go to McDonald's, couldn't have been better. Great job guys. Y'all just put your Jackson neighbor on notice. Wow. ?

My dad and I wanted a shake after driving for hours and we spotted this new McDonald's in Oak Hill. Looked nice from the outside. Then we noticed the Welcome sign and Thank you signs are backwards. Those should be fixed asap. Menu showed only a chocolate shake but not strawberry or vanilla. We asked and she said yes they have all three. We both ordered a strawberry shake. A small and a medium and asked for no whip because they put whip cream on shakes at McDonald's. Paid, then handed us our shakes and I about laughed at how small the small one is. Looked like a kids cup. The medium looks like a small size not a medium. But overall the ladies here were nice and both shakes tasted amazing and that's why I give five stars.

The establishment is filthy, and has been on the last two trips. The lettuce is black and brown and has retention. Fries had not a grain of salt, had to add mayo myself so it wasn't comparable to a dry dish sponge (sandwich comes with mayo). I don't know if it's the children they hire, or the management flat out not caring about customer service. Will not be suffering through another experience at this location.No thank you, I did not appreciate this, please do hurry and go under so that a company that cares may take your place.

Rotate your trays, so that your lettuce doesn't hit a sandwich looking black and brown. Do NOT keep "extra" fries suspended over the vats, so that salt can adhere to the fries. Do NOT "double tap" bays with old food in them and then sell old food to customers. Clean the place, you serve food out of that establishment and it has been looking disgusting since 2014. why remodel if you won't care for it?

Slow as can be, always have to pull up and wait for food, people at the window don't even look at you or speak unless it's to say pull up to the x and wait. I come here when I'm in a hurry but that doesn't work. Not many options I oakhill sadly.

Fast if they ain't to busy... courteous and friendly..drive thru is ok as long as the line isn't at the gas pumps ....the restrooms are ok considering McDonald's is responsible for them even tho they share with BP..day shift and night shift crews I'll give yall an A+ for dealing with rude customers..Kid-friendliness: Nice and quiet place for kidsParking: Plenty of space very acceptableWheelchair accessibility: Very acceptable
