For starters the food is always horrible when we go, our sandwiches are never made correctly and we have to wait to even be greeted when we went last. The staff didn’t greet us when we walked in and the manager seemed to be to busy yelling at the younger staff and even though we didn’t hear much from what I heard the girl was being yelled for not doing her job but we could hear her saying and showing stuff she had done and she was obviously distressed over this argument and the child was on the verge of tears from the way she was being treated. If this is how management treats they’re employees at subway in Oak Hill I don’t even want my children to go there to work that was rude and unprofessional to treat a teenager and coworker like that when they were clearly trying to show that manager they was doing they're job. We have always come to subway to eat because the food usually was good but here lately the food is awful but more importantly I won’t be bringing my family because of the way management treats they’re staff.

Yesterday early afternoon,, two employees working. NEITHER even so much as greeted me. Stood there waiting for 10min with still NO acknowledgement. Two other customers in shop. One eating one waiting. No on in drive through. One employee could have came off order they both were working on, looked up, at least for 5 seconds to at least greet me and say it might be a few mins, but NO; NOTHING! Took my money elsewhere. Younger, improperly trained rude employees is no excuse! NO MORE Subway in Oak Hill for our family!! I can get rude piss poor service at better places!!

So apparently if you eat Flatbread Subway thinks ya want nasty cold cut sandwiches. 2nd time they said my sandwich couldn't be toasted bc of their gross bread crumbling. So a business up the street got my money. DO NOT THINK customers will just order whatever else. IF you won't carry what I can eat we will just go elsewhere. AND ya DONT ROLL FLATBREAD! LOONNGG TIME B4 I THINK ABOUT RETURNING!

Apparently you pay $25 for a specific order and they just throw whatever together so when you get home 20 mins from the store your food is completely wrong and you just throw it away. Great service. Never waste my money here again.

The lady with red hair clearly doesn't want to work there. She acts frustrated with every order and then complains about people making bad reviews online. She makes you feel uncomfortable for ordering food and it's not a nice feeling.
My go to for lunch when in oak hill. There's not much to choose from but subway is always great. The food is good and the staff are friendly. Always clean and I love their warm cookies.

There was this guy tonight that kept yelling at his coworkers. He's not at all nice. Get rid of him. The poor ladies working looked terrified. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to but I was told there is never a manager there 24/7 so I have to write a review. He was grouchy toward me as well. Kind of scared me a bit.

The employees are very nice and friendly and down to earth .....food is fresh ......store is clean ....... Dont hesitate to stop in to grab your favorite sub, pizza , flatbread or wrap or salad you will not be disappointed ....
Good food like all subways but this place has been slow and I've had workers ignore me at the window even though there were no other customers
