Service here was poor. A lot of the staff seems to be in need of more training to put orders through more efficiently and offer better customer service. We ordered inside the restaurant and waited over 10 minutes while they seemed to prioritize the drive thru orders. When we finally got our snackin' bacon it was cold to the touch. We asked for it to be remade an employee insisted it was supposed to ne served at that temperature. Nonetheless, he eventually agreed to remake it. This was supposed to be a quick in and out visit but lasted over 15 minutes. Very disappointing. Update to this post. 7/6/25 We ordered at the drive-thru thinking there was no wait, however, there were multiple cars in the pull ahead waiting spaces. When you place your order and pay they immediately have you pull ahead to a separate area to wait for your food to be brought out to you. This clears their queue so it appears that they are completing orders faster, when in reality they are just as slow as they've always been. Yes this clears the drive-thru quickly but workers are still not accountable for efficiency or providing service in a timely manner. Oh, and we waited 10 minutes and still had to walk in and get it ourselves 😒

Really glad they open before 7am. I work 3rd shift, so it's hard to grab a bite on my way home when places don't open their dining rooms until after 7. I have a large work vehicle, so the drive through is not an option for me. Typical Dunkin food and clean establishment. Their croissant sandwich is delicious. I'll definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.

The young lady working the window with long braids light skin black hat and a black jacket this morning snatched my bag from me when I told her she gave me the wrong donuts! Very rude!

I ordered stuffed bagels anything ones and got plain ones I ordered a caramel latte and got a black coffee this is not freaking rocket science I do not know why people can't get a stupid easy order right. If you want to get what you're paying for it do not and I repeat do not go to this location.

This morning I walked in wanting a couple donuts and to my surprise they were wiped out of them..counter person said someone came in and got 10 dozen..my thing is if you can't restock at 930 in the morning then close the store and quit wasting people's time..
This is probably the worst Dunkin in Ohio. The workers are literally smoking weed blunts next to the drive thru lane. Then gets let back into the store by the store manager. Save your money and go to a gas station. Got my order wrong so, I just drove off.

For the last several weeks, I've ordered a Everything Bagel, toasted with Cream cheese. What I received, was a cold Bagel with a minimum amount of Cream cheese. And they so kindly raised the price by 10 cents. Needless to say, I won't frequent this location anymore.

Five star service here today. Simple order of a basic coffee and a donut. They hand me the donut right away, and I sit down to wait for my coffee. I’d been waiting less than two minutes before someone (who didn’t take my order) notices I’m waiting, makes a point of asking me what I’m waiting for, and gets it for me immediately. On top of that, she apologized for the wait, which I thought was overly kind and unnecessary. Now THAT is top notch service, and they are to be commended.
