This is probably the worst Dunkin in Ohio. The workers are literally smoking weed blunts next to the drive thru lane. Then gets let back into the store by the store manager.
Save your money and go to a gas station. Got my order wrong so, I just drove off.

For the last several weeks, I've ordered a Everything Bagel, toasted with Cream cheese.
What I received, was a cold Bagel with a minimum amount of Cream cheese.
And they so kindly raised the price by 10 cents.
Needless to say, I won't frequent this location anymore.

Five star service here today. Simple order of a basic coffee and a donut. They hand me the donut right away, and I sit down to wait for my coffee. I’d been waiting less than two minutes before someone (who didn’t take my order) notices I’m waiting, makes a point of asking me what I’m waiting for, and gets it for me immediately. On top of that, she apologized for the wait, which I thought was overly kind and unnecessary. Now THAT is top notch service, and they are to be commended.

Order was wrong but I used the app for pick up, so i should have just threw my money out the window.
I used the app and walked out with the order made wrong. I accepted it and the app used paypal which is a third party.

I really like how these new processes have removed all accountability of the companies themselves.

Here we go again….A BIG RED “F”!!!! My story and sentiments of poor customer service is just like all the other reviews. Sadly the cooperate people who sit in their velvet offices don’t have to endure this because they have a Keurig in the employee lounge.
The manager who is meaner than a junkyard dog and an attitude to match!!! Gets the authority and power to represent The Brand? Thank you cooperate you doing everything right to make sure that the customers don’t ever visit the establishment again. Maybe having your bottom line affected will get your attention. Just a thought….

I came in today to get my order that I pre placed 20 minutes ago, my order was not ready per usual. I waited about 10 minutes before saying something & they got me no where. A female with box braids was asking me about the order and i told her the order name. She makes the wrong drink and i ask her did she have the right order because that’s not my drink, another worker told her what to make not me. She then gets an attitude and rolls her eyes because i let her know that wasn’t what i ordered. It would make more since to find the ticket instead of blindly making a drink. I will never come back to this location these workers are always unorganized and the fact that this lady rolled her eyes at me and had a attitude just because i wanted to receive my correct order is crazy

I had a large togo order and i have to say that the crew that was working absolutely amazed me, the young lady that i believe was the assistant manager did her thing, she was working on my order and also checking on her crew and helping them to get the customers taken care of at the window and the walk ins. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly she was able to get me out of there, nothing was forgotten and everything was right!! I had to let her know that she and her crew did an amazing job and that they should all be proud of themselves. Thank you to the crew that was working Friday 7/12 between 8-9am you all did amazing and did it with smiles on your faces. Thank you!
